I am a real estate professional that manages several properties in downtown Toronto. Last week I needed to get plans and a permit for some interior alterations ASAP. I usually work with an architect, but he was busy this time. I emailed Rocco at around 8:00pm, thinking that he was going to get back to me relatively soon (I'd already read his reviews on homestars), but he called me half an hour later!! I never had anybody called me so fast! Rocco did the drawings and got the permit in less than 48hours. I wasn't the only one who was impressed, but my clients were too. Rocco, thank you very much for your work. You are very professional, knowledgeable and you delivered what you said you were. I am looking forward to working with you in the near future again.

We hired Rocco to provide drawings for a front porch. Rocco also obtained the permits for us too. Everything went smoothly and Rocco always kept updated through the process. I will use him again for other projects we have planned.

A minor porch reno for a client turned into a complete gut and re-build. We needed someone to do plans, and found Rocco. He answered our e-mail late Thursday night, met with us on Monday and provided plans and permit on Thursday. Fabulous, painless and definitely our now go-to-guy for plans and permits.

We enlisted Rocco to assist with getting a permit with the City of Mississauga for removing a load bearing wall in our kitchen. Rocco was prompt, knowledgable and very efficient - he was able to assemble drawings and get the permit from the city in under three weeks, which was two weeks sooner than the minimum that our contractor said it would take. Rocco was also able to offer advice about design consideration and spacial orientation. The price and times were exactly as he originally promised. We would definately consider Rocco for our next project.

We foolishly began a 2-storey 2-attached house double deck without permits. Neighbor squealed, inspector nabbed us, we were dead ducks. Rocco came to the rescue and untangled the mess we had created for ourselves, with surprisingly little pain, even though it had to go to the Committee of Adjustment for approval. Rocco took care of everything, appeared at the CoA for us, and by the time we got back from an extended vacation, the permit had been obtained. His price was reasonable, his contacts impeccable and his demeanour approachable. He answers calls quickly and is flexible. I highly recommend Rocco for his architechtural drawing and permit obtaining services!

We've recently purchased a home in etobicoke. We needed assistance with structual changes to the house . Rocco has a vast knowledge regarding the building process,starting with his expertise in architectural drawings. i searched around for the perfect architectual candidate for our reqirements,and rocco fit the bill. We needed to hire an architect to apply for a building permit to remove a few walls some of which were load bearing, and install a new patio door. We also needed the architect to design a layout for a new kitchen/powder room we want to construct. Our access to the house was limited when we hired Rocco as this all happened prior to closing. I called a few people including Rocco in April. He stood out above everyone else. Rocco called me back the same day and indicated it was no problem to attend at the house during the one access visit we managed to schedule. This was a huge relief. Rocco also verified immediately that there were historical drawings of the house with City Hall - that turned out to be invaluable. He was able to get these quickly after we provided consent from the vendors. When he visited the house, he measured the place and looked around thorougly. Ultimately, he came up with innovative ideas for the kitchen layout and ensured the requisite stamp on our application for the building permit. His fee was reasonable, his service is excellent/efficient, and we received a building permit within a matter of weeks literally. To the customers reading this review, you do not need to look further, Rocco is the person you want.

Rocco helped us with our basement underpinning and renovation. He came to our house the same day we called him and had a proposal for us later that evening. He completed all the drawings and got all the permits to us very quickly. We had no experience in underpinning and Rocco was very generous with his time and expertise. And the best part, he didn't accept any money until he actually did what he said he was going to do!! Rocco's professionalism, good nature and expediency were greatly appreciated. Thanks Rocco! It's been a pleasure.

Rocco was contacted almost in a state of emergency!Nevertheless he showed up in a very professional manner and realy took the weight off our shoulders.All the drawings applications and preliminary matters were well taken care of in a very speedy fashion. We will keep Rocco for all future projects. Please use him but DO NOT abuse him!
