I recently purchased a new home and had to have the locks changed. I contacted John and he was very quick in getting back to me and was flexible in setting up a time that worked with my schedule. When he arrived we discussed the work that needed to be done and he informed me about the kind of lock system I was getting, how the product would work when installed and quoted me a price for the parts and labor. He was able to keep the original door handles and deadbolt with a little professional persuasion which was very much appreciated and made sure I understood how to use the keys. I feel my home is very secure and would recommend you use ABBEY LOCK SERVICES INC if you have any issues with your locks at home or work.

John came to do the estimate & worked within my schedule to complete the work, which was done within a couple hours. He had everything he needed in his truck, as well as all the keys we required. would not hesitate to refer him.

John gave a thorough explanation on the operation of the key pad. He arrived when he said he would. I had a question about the key pad, one month later and he arrived at my house to give an explanation within an hour of me calling. I would definitely recommend his company.

I was recommended by a friend to call Abbey Lock Services quite a few years ago. I own a small business which had a unplanned turnover of staff and I needed my locks changed immediately. The locksmith was there within hours, charged me a very reasonable rate, and assured me he would do the same if I ever needed him again. Not long after, I was in a similar situation and once again, they came through for me the very same day. I have since needed locks changed several times on my homes, as well as my rental properties and have been extrememly pleased with their service... Always friendly and very prompt!! My latest call to them was because my children kept losing their house keys and were constantly locked out of the house. The locksmith recommended and installed an electronic lock in which we all know the code to and no one is out in the cold anymore!!! Thanks Abbey Lock!! Dee and the kids!!!

Our company has been using Abbey Lock Services since 2002. The first job was a small one and then we moved the company we used him to change all the locks of the building. Last week John came in to change the lock on one door. I have even used him for my locks and to change all the door handles on the doors at my home. Big or small, John is always dependable, reliable, efficient and friendly.

due to a tricky domestic situation I called Abby Lock as I needed my locks changed quickly. He was able to come out within the hour and when he arrived he couldn't have been more helpful and compassionate with a rye sense of humor that was apprecaited. He was able to complete the rear door lock and reinforcements, but due to the fact the front door was over 70 years old and thicker he didn't have that part available to him on a holiday Monday. He disabled the lock so that it could not be used and true to his word returned first thing this morning new part in hand and the front door is now as secure as the back. It is a very trying time and his kindness and profsionalism were greatly apprecaited

I had lost my keys, which I had once before! John recommended a keyless push button coded entry. I though what a great idea and John installed it in no time. Thank you Abbey Lock for great service, great advice and quick efficient service... the push button coded lock is much more convenient!!!

John came within an hour or so of calling him. He was knowledgable, and courteous. He installed the deadbolt and doorknob quickly and efficiently. His prices were quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
