John was very prompt and efficient in the installation of the high security specialty locks for our new home. John made himself available in a very short period of time, considering how time-sensitive our move was. Even though my doors had issues from the the previous installer, John was able to remedy them quickly. He even came back for a second visit without additional cost to provide security plating to the damaged doors. I really appreciated his professional cander and efficiency and will definitely recommend him. I have already done so to many of my friends. Thank you very much, John.

John has the know-how when it comes to this business. Recently moved in to a new house and wanted to change the locks or add another deadbolt. Called John to get a quote and he gave me a reasonable price. Promised to show up at lunch time and was there on time. Instead of adding another deadbolt he recommended to me to install a high security mul-t-lock instead. His workmanship was exceptional! Now I feel extra safe in my home, thanks to John!

Had three high security locks installed and the job was done quickly and he showed up right on time. The work looked great and everything worked perfectly and he was happy to set us up such that all the doors in our house work from the same key. Highly recommended.

I called Abbey to change my locks. The gentlman showed up promptly after calling to confirm the best time (very courteous and helpful when you are moving into a new home and not waiting by the door), changed my locks quickly and efficiently and was lovely and gracious to deal with. This is an exemplary level of service that should be emulated by all.

John responded to our call immediately, completed the work to complete satisfaction. Comes well equipped in his truck with all the tools to handle an on site call with minimal hassle.

Replace defective lock on one door, and then replace two other locks to align lock process for all locks. Locks provided were high security, keyed with unique types of keys for added security. Work was done within 24 hours of receiving the original problem call.

John called me back promptly after I left a message, we were able to book a time for him to replace our locks at a mutually convenient time. John arrived on-time, and reviewed the different options with us - he wasn't aggresive for us to take the most expensive system as some contractors are. He did not have one part with him but was able to come back the next day and complete the job.
