We had a very old lock and we had given out many keys over the years and so we decided to have a new lock installed, The locksmith suggested we use a digital lock that way we dont have to give out keys to all our relatives and housekeeper. and we could change the digital code ourselves as often as we deemed it necessary, Good advice, should have done it sooner, Thank you John.

Abbey Lock provided us with a new deadbolt kit. The keys were not in the box, but John came, on a Saturday, and had the unit fully installed within minutes, with the correct keys. This is customer service beyond what is normally expected. No need to re-read the instructions and remove the first lock, no hassels to make an exchange, and no hassels to re-install. All in all, it was a great pleasure doing buisness with you. We would not hesitate to refer your services to our family, friends or clients.
