Darcy and his staff were very professional, honest and timely from start to finish. While there were weather delays, staff was always on top of keeping us up to date on our project. Site guys were pleasant and respectful and did a great clean up job once they were done. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!

I recently used Done Right Roofing to replace my eavestroughs and downspouts and to install leaf guards. What a pleasure they were to deal with! From start to finish I found them to be: PROFESSIONAL – the care and attention they take with the business end of things (quotes, scheduling, invoicing, communication) is the same as the care and attention they take with their installations. It was a pleasant surprise to get a quote that was complete and accurate the first time (you’d be surprised how many contractors I’ve had who show up to do a quote and do not bring a measuring tape with them and/or don’t take any notes and then give me a quote with things that are missing). Their scheduling process was very organized and seemed to run very smoothly. Their installers took the time to explain the products and how the installation was done. PERSONABLE – everyone I dealt with was polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable, from the estimator, to the installers, to the administrative staff. PROMPT – everything was done promptly, from the request for a quote, to the installation, to responding to my phone calls and emails. PATIENT – they were exceptionally patient with me rescheduling the job several times when the painters took longer than expected. PRICED FAIRLY – I am more than happy with their pricing – it was very competitive. PARTICULAR – they are very particular about making sure the job gets done right, that everything gets cleaned up, and that the customer is satisfied. When they tell you to call them if you have any questions or concerns down the road, you can tell they are sincere – they seem to understand the importance of repeat business. Done Right Roofing takes their business seriously and it shows in everything they do. I am very satisfied with the job they did and will absolutely use them again in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The Done Right Roofing Company certainly lives up to its name. The standards that they set and maintain through the entire process is a rare treat to find in a large business nowadays. From the introduction to the Receptionist, to the Manager/ Estimator, to the Workers themselves, the knowledge base is phenominal with all of the staff. Even the binder they give you when you want a free estimate is amazing. Very detailed, very informative and expalins why they do what they do and the explanation of why they do it. The workers doing my roof were always on time and worked solidly throughout the day and every day they were here. The Foreman always reparted what was accomplished during the day and communicated what was planned for the next day. This business should be commended for the absolute perfection that all the staff continue to acheive through ut every job they do.

Darcy conducted thorough assessment of the roof prior to proceeding with the project. Project was completed in two days. Employees were respectful. Quote was a bit higher than competition however.

Recently had our entire roof redone by DRR. Darcy, Sarah, and the staff were friendly and very helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish. They do have higher overhead than some other companies because they actually employ their workers rather than contract out, so they have to have WCB coverage and other standard benefits. We feel this translates into a higher and more consistent standard of work though as well. We're very happy with how our roof turned out, and appreciate the time Darcy took to go over all our options and try to educate/empower us as much as possible. If you're looking for the cheapest possible option, I'd look elsewhere, but if you're looking for value and confidence that the work will be done well and the roof will last, I'd recommend DRR to anyone.
