    Replace shingles

    A REVIEW FROM A REAL PAYING CUSTOMER. Of the estimators that I met Darcy was the only one that went on the roof before he quoted. After his initial inspection he told us we could even hold off for a few years if we wanted as our roof wasn't that bad. We went ahead with the job anyways to be proactive. Darcy explained the scope of the job to us and the product choices and upgrades. Having had other estimates we decided on the spot that we want to deal with Done Right Roofing. Amanda called the next day to confirm our order and installation day. Antoine and his team were the installers and I couldn't be happier with the job and workmanship including the cleanup. Amanda called and scheduled a final inspection with Darcy and back up on the roof he goes to check the work performed. This company has great planning, scheduling, process, product choices, workmanship, employees and follow up. 10 stars across the board!!

    re roofing

    Great service and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone. Fast, efficient and professional. Their service was just as advertised and we are more than happy with the final product. On time and a fair price.

    Roofing

    We were really impressed with the quality of service right from the crews to the office staff. They kept us notified of any appointment changes (due to weather) ahead of time and cleaned up after themselves in the yard. Highly recommend them. The roof is great!

    New Roof

    Our home is semi-detached and both units re-roofed at the same time. The project needed to be started and completed within a tight schedule. DRR and their crew got the project done on schedule. The crew were friendly and polite, worked hard, and cleaned up after each shift. They accommodated a couple of special requests and took photographs for us of the finished work. Their warranties on products and installation are the best in the business and are transferable should we decide to sell. Their ten star rating is well deserved.

    Roof

    Done Right had an excellent up front team (sales, office, admin) to make me feel comfortable with my choice of roofing company and feel confident that the price i was paying had lots of value built in. Excellent warranty on workmanship and they did an excellent job the day of the install, as they were there for only one day and cleaned up great. Minimal disturbance during the install and very professional all around. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

    Re roof

    We hired Done Right Roofing to replace our roof this year. We were very happy with the work that was done and the professionalism of the workers who did the work. They were efficient, polite, and cleaned up after themselves very well. We would definitely recommend Done Right Roofing.

    Replace roof on house

    I looked around for companies that had good reviews on various sites, got three quotes and settled on Done Right. From the initial quote through the finished job I was very happy with the interaction and service. In particular we have garden beds all around the house and they did not damage any of our plants and did a good job of cleaning up before leaving. They were also fast, faster and easier to deal with than when I had my garage roof replaced (by a different company) a couple of years ago.

    Complete Re-roofing

    We had hail and wind damage, covered by insurance but were not happy with the roofer the insurance company suggested. After a number of quotes from various "reputable" roofers we finally settled on Done Rite. That was in November and December of 2013. Done-Rite did the roof in one day in January, and we were very satisfied with the job. There was no debris left from the job site, they installed an additional roof vent and provided professional follow-up.

    Shingling

    Their front end person was awesome. The service was great and the work was excellent, on time, and the cleanup was great. They checked back to make sure everything was right. Awesome!!

    Eavetrough repair

    Our son damaged our eavestrough when he was moving out and we needed it repaired. It was a fairly small job and I had trouble getting people to come out and give an estimate of repair costs. Done Right Roofing not only came out within 48 hours but they promised to have someone there within the week. Due to the extrememly cold weather it took a couple of attempts to get the repairs done but DRR was persistent and did a wonderful job. They even did a small repair to the soffit which was not part of the contract. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right.
