We had our roof replaced last June 2014. I searched the web for a roofing contractor with very good reviews and started contacting them. I selected 3 contractors and have their estimates, Done Right was the quickest one to submit the quotation and the only one who called to follow-up the quotation (the other 2 did not call). The office lady, Amanda, was very helpful and patient in explaining most of the details. I was told they will be at the jobsite at 7:30 AM to start the work. I am expecting that they will be arriving after 8 but I was wrong. Before 7:30 my door bell rang and a group of 5 guys showed up ready to start the work. The work was completed very quickly. I left the office a little early to see how the work progress but when I arrived, they are packing up, cleaning and my roof is completely done. Even my neighbor was impressed how quick the roof was done. My only bad feeling is that I paid more than 10K for the job and I am thinking that the job will be done in at least 1 day. I was wrong again, they finished the job the same day. The next day, I got a call from their Amanda asking if I have any concern. I asked for some pictures if they have and the pictures were sent immediately. The warranty package was received, I think a week after. Over-all the work was done to my satisfaction and way ahead of my schedule which is good. Every time someone ask me for roofing contractor, I tell them to call Done Right in an instant.
