    RE-ROOF

    I had my roof replaced by Done Right Roofing last year and was extremely satisfied with their service. This is an excellent group, especially with the follow up from the office with regards to my shed and from the estimator despite a long process from our end. Everything was installed as agreed upon & I would highly recommend using Done Right Roofing!

    Residential Re-Roof

    We were extremlely impressed with the entire process - from the estimate through to the installation and clean up. There was not one tiny bit of shingle on the ground & the job was complete in one 8 hour day. The staff were professional, helpful & promt. We would definitley recommend Done Right!

    Roof Replacement

    Done Right Roofing recently just replaced my roof & wanted to share my experience. I found the office to be attentive to all my needs & the sales process went very smooth and timely even though we had to investigate an issue before proceeding. The project manager introduced himself to me before they started the job & everything was installed in agreement to my contract. There were nails left around the property but snow was on the gound. Amanda, in the office did offer for them to come back out and clean up for me. I would absolutely recommend Done Right Roofing!

    RE-ROOF

    Installation was perfect, great job! We've had comments from all our neighbours about the speed of the project and the quality of the work. We've passed along your cards! If you had asked me to display a lawn sign for you, I would have. The administration team has excellent communication and prompt service from the request for estimate to job completion. Darcy, Allen, and the office staff were awesome and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with Done Right Roofing and would highly recommend using them.

    Reshingled Roof

    I have years as a construction industry professional, largely involved in fixing really bad work on peoples homes. I was literally blown away by Done Right Roofing as a tight & consistant, well run organization. The project manager on site made sure I was aware of everything going on. I found the ongoing communication so refreshing. I could go about the rest of my day and not worry about this jobsite from any point of view as the crew were professional experienced and well supervised. The Done Right roofing estimator was first rate & the office staff were all excellent to deal with. Quick to respond and knowledgable.     Reshingled Roof

    We received our quoted very quickly, the information package presented with our quote is very detailed and well put together. The work was scheduled quickly and our questions were answered promptly. We have an old house with ship lap and were told by other companies that it would have to be replaced, Done Right said that it may be in good enough condition to shingle over, it was not. They resheeted and finished the work quickly. We were a little disappointed with the clean up, we have a little guy and we have already found a few nails on the ground a few cigarrette butts. Other than that they were quick, friendly, professional and on time.

    Hello Ms. Andre, Glad to hear you found our sales package to be detailed and well put together, we've spent a good deal of time getting it all organized to what its become today. Ship lap roof's can often be tough to tell if it needs replacement or not until it's all torn of and exposed to look it as an entire surface A company motto we have internally is, "honest is the best policy" and if we feel there's a chance something doesn't need replacing and can save the homeowner that money, we wont replace something that doesn't need it just to make a few extra dollars of you. Once everything was torn was and we could see it did in fact need it, of course then we did need to do the replacement to get the job was done correctly for you. I'm sorry to hear about your clean up experience & would like to offer to send someone back out there to do another 'once over' for you. Minus a few hiccups, sounds like you had a good experience with us & I'm more then happy to get someone back out there to cleanup whatever was missed for you.     Re-Roof

    The administration at Done Right, had always let me know in advance what was happening and questions were promptly answered. The Estimator was on time for my scheduled appointment. During the actual shingles replacement, there was some confusion over ridge cap vents, but was resolved and satisfactorily explained to me. The installation crew forgot to install full ice and water over the garage, This was discovered when I arrived at site on the morning of the 2nd day. The mistake was promptly corrected. Overall, I am very satisfied with Done Right Roofing.

    Roof Shingles Replacement

    Done Right Roofing replaced my home shingles in 2009 & did a great job, which is why I called them back when my garage needed new shingles. Same great service, I am happy with the experience. The installation crew was large & the job was done in 3 hours. The project manager did not speak to me, but I did speak with other members of the crew. The office staff were courteous and professional & the sales rep was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend using Done Right Roofing!

    Roof Replacement

    Done Right Roofing recently just replaced my roof. It was very good all around & I was extremely satisfied with their service and would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. My roof was Done Right & on time!

    Re-Roof

    Thank you for an excellent experience from start to finish. It was a pleasure meeting Darcy & Amanda. Thanks for all the organized emails and paperwork, I really appreciated the call the day before and for ensuring to take care of my outstanding concerns. I cant believe it was all done in 1 day!
