    Complete roof replacement due to hail damage.

    Great Service! Our roof was damaged from last Augusts hail storm and needed to be replaced. Allen and his crew did a fantastic job and it looks great. However it was brought to our attention about a month later by the eavestrough installer that a small area of the roof was incomplete. I contacted Done Right and they had a someone there the next day to fix the problem. All communications were done in a very polite and courteous manner. Great job Done Right!

    Re-Roof & New Skylight

    My wife and I were very happy with the work that was done. The new roof and the new skylight look fantastic! The team was able to get it all installed very quickly, even in weather that was pretty bad. I am extremely satisfied with Done Right Roofing and would absolutely recommend them to friends & family.

    Duplex Re-Roof

    I wanted to thank Done Right Roofing for their efficent and quick work of installing my new roof. I was impressed with their saftey strategies while on the roof and the great cleanup, after the job was done. Thanks agian Done Right! Sincerly, Gloria. P.

    Roof Installation

    Done Right was prompt with an estimate and did a nice job with the roof installation. This was a winter installation and they keep me up to date about any weather-related scheduling. The communication was great and they were quick to address any minor hiccups that came along. I didn't have anything to worry about.

    New Roof

    I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of Done Right Roofing; from the initial estimate to the clean up after the roof installment! I did a lot of research into different companies before requesting estimates as I have heard many horror stories about roofers and roofing companies in general, but Done Right Roofing surpassed any and all expectations I had! The staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful which made my experience one worth bragging about!

    Roof replacement

    Done right roofing exceeded all my expectations. I wasnt looking for the cheapest estimate, My home is important to me and I care about who does work on it. I dont mind paying a little more for top quality work. They explained that they would give me exactly what I was paying for which is exceptional workmanship, quality and service. They delivered as promised in all areas. Their company is so organized from start to finish, very thorough communication from the estimator to the office staff and crew. Outstanding work Done Right Roofing!!!!!!

    Re-Roof

    “I had my roof replaced by Done Right this past summer and the crew I was given was great. They got the job done on time and left my yard was left as clean as before they did the work. I have children that play in the yard, so this was a big priority for me. The staff in the office made sure my request was given to the field and the project manager Chase, made sure it was followed through. He introduced himself to me prior to in the install and really gave me confidence in the crew. Excellent communication. I’m really pleased with my new roof and have already recommended this company to a close friend in need of a roof! Thanks again."

    Roof Repair

    Just a quick note to say thank you for the excellent service and work that was done on our roof. We had fast and efficient service done and the men that were here were very honest and reliable. Great craftsmanship and the work done resulted in big savings to us. We were originally looking at a new roof, however your people made some wonderful suggestions saving us money and time. Thanks again to all.

    Re-shingling roof

    Done Right handled this job very well, from the initial visit and quote, to installation, to inspection, to second inspection! The price quoted was exactly what we paid in the end. Their quote was similar to others, if not a bit less. The crew working on the roof included one or two new workers, but the head roofer was quite competent and the job was done well. We installed a Solatube 10" round "skylight" for an interior bathroom, and Done Right willingly cut a hole in the roof so that I could install it while they were working, and they incorporated it into the job, doing all the exterior flashing, etc. (Had it shipped by bus from www.LightCoSolar.com in Edmonton a couple of days before.) A day after everything was done and final inspection was completed, we were surprised by another visit from another inspector. He is hired by Done Right, but doesn't know who worked on the job. He carefully inspected everything to ensure that it was done correctly. Some aspects of the job could have been better, but it was done by humans who took pride in the quality of their work, and worked extra to ensure that we were happy with the result. I couldn't expect more from anyone! So, we are pleased with the work, and don't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We take great pride in all of our jobs and have formed a meticulous inspection process. Our roofs first get inspected by the Foreman, then the Project Manger then our Quality Control manager also does randomized inspections to ensure that nothing is missed. You mentioned there are some things that could have been done better? If you don’t mind letting us know what needs to be done, I have no problem at all making it happen for you.
