    Basement Windows Installed

    Ellwood Radies I had my Basement windows replaced April 2 2021 by Ecoline Windows, the Installer was a real gentleman, Igor that arrived and completed the work did a beautiful job, he put a lot of pride in his work. It was a real pleasure seeing a contractor that came into our home and completed his work with flying colors from start to finish. We are very happy with his install. I would happily recommend them.

    Window issues. Very bad service

    Poor service from installers. Takes months to get issues fixed. Wrong sizes of windows ordered. You have to keep calling and calling. Had installers out again with replacement windows. Showed up late in the day. Rushed and said they only work until 6:00 pm. Got upset that they were still there at 6:30 pm. Last window install was a nightmare. They actually out in 2x4s as filler to make the windows fit. Had to be redone as the install was bad. This last visit the one guy was very outspoken and raising his voice. It has been months and there are still issues. They keep saying they will give a discount on there next job. There is nothing but problems with their work though.

    Window Replacement

    After the hail storm in June of 2020 we found ourselves with many damaged windows, and prior to that there were several that we believe were old and improperly installed. We had 7 companies come and quote our entire job and Ecoline was definitely the most thorough and honest with delivery times and concerns. They kept very close to their timeline and the windows arrived in the first week of December. A very thorough and friendly crew showed up, 2 experienced installers and 1 apprentice and I enjoyed watching them actually teach best practices. The constantly explained to me what they were doing, were very careful with our interior, very detail oriented in their install and cleanup. We noticed a change in the temperature in our house right away and four months later, with the snow melting, we are finding no mess left over on our lawns or around our house, they were pretty meticulous in picking up everything. I would happily recommend them again.

    Window replacement

    Very disappointing experience: 1. Purchased Sept 18, 2020 and was only installed on March 10, 2021 even though I was informed that the 'latest' installation date would be early January; no updates and I had to reach out repeatedly for status. 2. When I purchased it I was provided an option to pay deposit or full. In error, he only took the deposit so I was completely surprised when they reached out to ask for payment. 3. Workers arrive, no masks on, and I had to ask multiple times to put on their masks, all the while receiving grunts and eye rolling. 4. When a follow-up call asked about my experience, I explained the issues, and the response was..."oh well, you owe us the rest of the money". No apology provided. 5. Window looks good so there's the only silver lining. I do not recommend anyone use this company.

    Window replacement

    These guys did an amazing job, from the first time I was quoted to the day of install. I felt comfortable and assured throughout my experience. Everyone I spoke to and met at Ecoline was friendly and respectful. The installers did a fantastic job and the windows look amazing. I will definitely call them back to have my basement windows replaced. Good job Ecoline Windows!

    Do many issues

    The installers asked my 14 yo daughter to sign off on the project when i wasn’t in the room. the project started 6 months after proposed time. The bill was calculated incorrectly. The casing corners around the window did not meet and they told me they couldn’t fix it cause they’d already put their tools away. Eventually after much complaining and fighting with them it all got fixed but I shouldn’t have had to work so hard to get what I paid for. I’ll never use them again. I don’t like writing reviews but this one had to be written.

    Sliding door

    These guys knew what they were doing and had there ppe for covid also took away the old door and cleaned up there mess I highly recommend ecoline windows 10 STAR JOB

    Window Replacement

    I replaced windows and a sliding door in two condo units. The only downside is that they took longer to get installed than we had hoped but this is the age of COVID! The windows are great, we are already noticing a difference in the warmth of our condo. The entire process from quote to install was extremely professional and helpful. We had gone to a number of different companies for quotes and while this was not the cheapest it was by far the most complete with the salesman making suggestions that have greatly enhanced the look and functionality of the windows. The installation went very well. They took their time to show us how the windows worked, they answered all the questions we had and did not leave until we were happy! I have no reservations in recommending them.

    Install doors and windows

    Ecoline Windows and doors. I am a recent customer of Ecoline windows. Our windows were installed Dec 8-9 2020. We were originally booked to have our windows and doors installed this summer but due to Covid-19 there were some delays. I called late November to find out the status of our installation. The office staff were very helpful and as we had a warm snap it was favourable to have the delay til this past week as the weather has been above average. The office confirmed the installation date of December 8-9 2020 ( Tuesday and Wednesday). I called on Monday December 7 to confirm. Yuri and Stephan arrived as scheduled. They had an arrival time of 9-11. They arrived day one at 9 sharp and day two 8:30 ish. Day 1: Stephan and Yuri entered the premises and went about scoping the work site. We were informed to have the work site prepared for the installation. We moved furniture and shovelled snow in order to make the work site safe for the workers. The boys were very respectful and polite. They lay down tarps to keep the mess localized. They did an excellent job of leaving the work site near and tidy and all refuse swept up and removed. All that was left to do was sweep wash floors and replace furniture and tool boxes in the garage. Day 2: Stephan arrived as planned to complete most of the finishing touches. I was thoroughly pleased with the installation of the windows and doors. We had 3 windows replaced in the garage and home. We also had a door installed in the garage and home. The windows arrived as originally ordered. Yuri and Stephan installed and trimmed the windows and doors with a professional manner. They took pride and care in the entire installation process. I was very satisfied. If I had a question they were very confident in their reply. All my inquiries were answered in a professional manner. I can’t thank the boys enough for such a job well done. I am entirely satisfied. I spoke to the office the following day and there is a small adjustment that needs to be made to the door on the home. We are giving it a day or so before we put in a service request. The office was very compliant at my request.

    New front door installed

    The crew from Econoline Windows installed a new front door in our house. They showed up when they said they would, the product ordered was as we requested, they finished the job quickly, everything worked like it should and they cleaned up after the job was completed. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with the job. Thanks.
