I have been using LUX for several months, and I have been extremely happy with their service. Allan, Greg and their team of cleaners are all very professional and easy to work with. Before the first cleaning, Allan came to our house for a consultation and developed a very thorough custom cleaning plan for the house. The cleaners follow this plan carefully. No detail is overlooked, and I never have to worry whether they missed a spot. The cleaners are very reliable, and they always come on time. They bring their own cleaning equipment, which is great, and I love that they use green supplies, so I don't have to worry about exposing my family to toxic chemicals from the cleaning. LUX always responds quickly to my emails, and I like that they actually welcome my questions and comments. I feel like they are committed to working with me to make sure I am completely satisfied with their work. LUX is a little more expensive than some other services I've tried, but in my experience, they are worth it.

The good people of LUX have been cleaning my home for several months now. If you are looking for a cleaning service this is it. Everyone from management to each and every member of the cleaning staff is a pleasure to deal with. With multiple pets and teenagers in our house, we receive a weekly clean from the LUX team that is just terrific. They have been at our home now for a couple of years and they treat our home as though it was there own. They are reliable and prompt, courteous and responsive and they are efficient yet thorough. The house always looks terrific and I love how the 'big' stuff gets done on a rotational schedule so I never have to think about asking for the extras to be done. If I see something or want something specifically addressed they will accommodate me and we'll figure out how to make it work in their timeline for the day. I'm very happy with the team at LUX and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

THANK YOU, LUX!! Moving is always stressful, but this time a major time and energy consumer was totally eliminated for me when my home was thoroughly deep-cleaned before move-in day, not by me, but by a cheerful team of trained cleaners from LUX. I chose LUX because my entire home had just been painted, and though the painters did a pretty good cleanup, fine sanding dust is extremely hard to get rid of and I knew the reputation this company has for making a home comfortable for anyone who suffers from a dust allergy. Jessica, the personable team leader, went through every room, closet, cabinet and appliance with me, and stated in detail the extent and depth of the cleaning service her team could, and would, provide. Not a thing was missed in their day-long cleaning. Not least, the team of three arrived on the dot of 9 AM bringing environmentally sensitive supplies and all the best equipment required to clean my home from top to bottom, and, they finished the job on time, everything done perfectly. It was a pleasure to have Lux clean my new home.

Lux has been cleaning our home for about a year and we have been very satisfied. We asked them to provide a deep clean for our new home. They were fantastic. They were efficient, thorough, and highly professional. We would recommend Lux to anyone.

Lux did a very good job with our move in cleaning. The team was punctual and kept to the tight deadlines we had with our move. There were a few spots missed, but once I told Al, he came right back to check in out and sent the team out to do a few touch ups the next day. I would definitely use Lux again.
