It is truly a pleasure to write a review for Nathanael and his team! We are one of many families on our street that have trusted our homes to Nathanael. Our project involved stripping our 2-room attic space down to the studs to build a dormer extension with a bathroom, and redo a bedroom, optimizing every inch of space. In executing the work, Nathanael and his team took the time to reinforce studs, beams and joists, taking the time and effort to attend to the subfloor to prevent creaky floors. From structural work, to HVAC/insulation, to the last finishes, no short cuts were ever taken - we truly felt Nathanael and his team cared about the project as though it was their own house. We quickly came to trust Nathanael's judgment and suggestions. No challenge was seen as a problem. Nathanael was always ready with a pragmatic, professional solution at hand that enhanced the design of the project. His highly skilled and talented team were conscientious and meticulous in their work putting long hours and working weekends to get the job done. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, Nathanael kept to his word of delivering within the 12-13week time frame, always being transparent with additional costs for any scope add-ons we agreed upon. Nathanael, Anibal, Danny, Andres, Dorian, Giovanni and the highly skilled, professional and service-oriented subcontractors supporting Nathanael delivered above and beyond our expectations, taking time to attend to every last detail. We cannot thank you enough and would wholeheartedly recommend you to family, friends and strangers alike.

Nathanael, Anibal and his crew gutted our laundry room and basement bathroom area and transformed it into functional and beautiful spaces. They took a tired and tight upstairs bathroom into an elegant spacious bath. Timely, professional and flexible, it was truly a pleasure to work with Nathanael. He and all his team took pride in their work - whether in installing new rads and creating a functional valve system, installing tiles creatively or putting the finishing touches on the project. We are truly grateful to P&P for making our home what we knew it could be!

Natanael and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and always made sure we were happy at every step. They worked 6 days per week to deliver our main floor renovation ahead of schedule. They did an excellent job with great attention to detail. Natanael also had a roster of sub-contractors who were also excellent in providing their trades. We highly recommend P&P General Contractors and plan to use them again when we are ready to do the rest of our home.

Natanael and his team were amazing in this project. This is the second project we have used them for and we have several friends and family members who have also used them in the past. They take a lot of pride in their work, and they work hard to ensure that everything is done right. When there were unforeseen things that came up, they always had a solution for the issue and offered ideas for how to make it right. They were on time, accurate and flexible during the entire renovation which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a renovation, big or small in their home.

Nataneal and his crew did a very large renovation of my basement (including beautiful tiling in the bathroom), fixed a staircase going to the upstairs so that it's safer (wider steps now), got another staircase installed going to the basement, got roofers in, found someone to replace our insulation, etc.... He and his team always provided top notch work, and it was a relief to know that he was taking care of such a huge project. Our renovations had a lot of unusual features, and he was always able to provide great advice on how to handle it.

This was our third time using P&P and once again everything turned out amazing. As always the renovation was on schedule and on budget. Our small upstairs bathroom needed everything -- heated floor, more storage, new sink and shower. Natanael and Anibal managed to make the most of the space, and the tiling work pulled everything together beautifully. The basement floor was an upgrade to a thicker, more durable material. And of course it looks great too. I have recommended P&P to more than a few people over the years and I will continue to recommend them in the future.

If you are looking for a reliable, professional, highly customized contractor P&P contracting is the one. P&P crew led by Natanael and Anibal is trust worthy, professional and generate amazing results. We renovated 3 bathrooms and each one came out different but all of them are perfect. Good quality work paying attention to small details and clean up after themselves everyday. It was a pleasure having them in our house they showed that they care and it is not just a cookie cutter yet another bathroom. We highly recommend them you will not regret your choice.

If you want a contractor that you can really trust, who completes his work in the time frame that he has put in his contract, who provides excellent quality and has an excellent team- you need Natanaels P & P Contractors. This was our third time working with Natanael and this was our big project. We renovated a 1990s era kitchen & powder room in a 100+ year old house in the Beaches and extended a bedroom on the second floor. We wanted the job done right including demolishing to the studs, reinsulating and leveling very crooked beach floors. Natanael gave us a 1213 week time frame and came in on time even with the extra jobs we included. We knew the floor was uneven but were shocked to find newspapers helping to level the floor from the 1920s & 1970s when a back porch was enclosed into the kitchen. The floor needed a lot of levelling as there was an 8-inch difference in floor height from front to back. As Natanael says there is always a solution to a problem. Natanael warned us there can be surprises when renovating old homes but his costs only altered when surprises arose as we anticipated they would. The work progressed seamlessly with his team and he ensured good integration and quality work with his subcontractors. Natanael provided creative ideas and options while working, such as suggesting that we extend the wall of our small (3 1/2x4 foot) powder room about 3 inches & reorient our toilet. Now our small room feels large! We are very pleased with our new kitchen which looks modern yet inviting with its custom cabinets, porcelain floor and quartz countertop. We get nothing but rave reviews from family and friends on this reno. Our second floor room extension turned a small west facing bedroom into a gorgeous sunset /guest room with pullout couch and large windows and hardwood flooring. Natanael was able to add on jobs like replace and level our 2nd floor doors, refinish old wooden doors to the kitchen, replace an outside door, replace a number of windows and add luxury vinyl flooring to the basement. Most impressive was replacing our 2 sets of crooked and unevenly spaced stairs. Natanael clearly loves and has pride in his work and team and has a classic work ethic where the team worked on Saturday when necessary. We originally met Natanael through family as he had renovated their house - a beautiful renovation on time and ahead of schedule! We recently purchased a house that required an entire renovation, a total gut job. Some before pictures are included for reference. We asked Natanael to help us with renovating the main and second floors of the house for our own use, and prepping the basement so that it could be a separate unfinished apartment in the future. He met with us a few times to discuss what we'd like to do and what his ideas he had. We will say, that his ideas are always great and he's always right! He had great ideas on how to maximize the space so that everything would look great and the space practical at the same time. While it's hard to choose one room that we love the most we have received a lot of compliments on our new kitchen. The inside of the house was demo'd and built again. New framing, insulation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, stairs, skylight, windows, floors, everything! It was a very large project but we were comfortable with Natanael's work every step of the way. We met weekly to review the recently completed stages and discussed what would happen the next 1-2 weeks. Throughout the project, he always took the time to answer our questions and continued to provide helpful advice each step of the way. The project plan was 19 weeks and we actually moved in on week 19. We couldn't be happier with how the house turned out. We now living happily ever after in our forever house. It's also worth mentioning that our neighbours have all commented on how professional, hardworking and respectful he and his team are. We were only at the house on a weekly basis to meet with Natanael but we always had neighbours telling us how great they are. He and his team along with his subcontractors have done a fantastic job renovating the house. Natanael is extremely professional, straight forward, clear, definitely on time and on budget! We recommend him most highly!

This was our second time using P & P General Contractors Inc. In 2014, Natanael and his team did an excellent job completely renovating our bathrooms and laundry room. We did not hesitate to reach out to him again to replace and install two shower panels, replace the baseboard in our main bathroom and for some maintenance to clean and reseal our shower floors. Natanael and his team are very professional. They placed drop cloths along the stairs and hallways in our home and completed the work in a clean and timely manner. I highly recommend Natanael and his team!
