Working with Natanael is always a pleasure. This is the third project that Natanael has completed for us. As in the past, Natanael provided us with a detailed outline of work to be done, a cost break down and a payment timeline. We always knew what to expect. The quality of the work was outstanding, very detailed oriented and great advice on things we did not think about. The work was completed on schedule and on budget. We are extremely pleased with their work and have no reservations about strongly recommending Natanel!

This was our second time working with P&P. They had previously done our kitchen and we brought them back to renovate our basement, front mudroom and do some upgrades on the exterior of our house. Once again we really enjoyed working with the whole crew - everyone was friendly, respectful and very clean. The project was completed on time and turned out great. There was an issue after the project was done and P&P had to come back to fix some damage, but they dealt with it well and fixed everything as needed. We're very happy with the work and will definitely reach out again for the next project!

We hired Natanael and his team on two seperate occasions. Firstly to add a third bedroom addition and renovate the bathroom on our second floor and thereafter to renovate the second floor to increase closet space and re-do the floors. The team are highly skilled, do great work and very respectful in your space. They have really helped us maximize our second floor in a typical older east end house. We highly recommend!

We hired Nataneal to renovate our semi-detached house after family/friends had recommended P&P. They were fantastic! Nataneal is a great contractor that understood our needs and had additional amazing ideas for maximizing our available space in an appealing design. His team is also very courteous and hard working.

Third time is the charm! P&P did such a great job improving the inside of our house and our backyard that we used them again to upgrade our porch and stairs. As always, communication was clear and accurate. And lots of care and thought went into the work. Would recommend P&P without hesitation.

We hired P&P General Contracting to complete a outdoor renovation for us. We wanted our porch replaced with composite decking and new railings; cedar wall and ceiling installed; a new stone walkway and retaining wall installed and new eaves and siding put in. From our first meeting to our final inspection, communication with Natanael and his team was exceptional. We were kept up to date every step of the way and felt very much a part of the process the entire duration of the project. Natanael arranged for all the different services we required and we did not have to source these ourselves, and every company he sourced was professional, easy to work with, considerate, and on time. After work was done each day, the crew fully cleaned up. Our project was done on time and on budget. Most importantly, we are thrilled with the end results and would be happy to work with P&P General Contracting again in the future. I highly recommend this company and can attest to their high quality work professionalism.

My husband and I are repeat customers of P & P General Contractors. We have had several reno projects completed by them, both big and small and we've never been disappointed! They completed renovations for us at our old house, and now we are slowly renovating our new "fixer upper". Recently we had most of our main floor renovated by Natanael and his team. This included our kitchen (which involved knocking down the wall that separated it from the dining area), the powder room, laundry room, hall closet, upstairs ensuite, new hardwood floors and new tile in the entryway and kitchen. We also had a custom sliding door installed, as well as new windows in the other rooms mentioned. As always, Natanael and his team were amazing. They tried their best to minimize the effect the renovations had on us. They covered the stairs and basement with plastic barriers to reduce movement of plaster and sawdust. Natanael worked with us on the design of our kitchen, including the layout of the island and appliances and making helpful suggestions along the way. I had also requested a rather tricky type of transition between the hardwood and the tiles in my hallway. Natanael looked at examples of what I had envisioned, and he worked hard to make my vision become reality. Everywhere we look, the results are absolutely stunning. We are so happy with what seems like a brand new house! When friends and family visit, they all say they can't recognize the place...it just looks so good! I am a happy repeat customer of P&P General Contactors. In 2017, Natanael and his wonderful team renovated my basement... and in late 2021/ early 2022, they renovated my childhood home from a single family bungalow into a 2 family dwelling (main floor & lower level) unit. Natanael and his team are so professional and provide top level quality of service. As with my previous experience, they were on time and on budget for my project. Natanael lead the project impeccably and was involved in every aspect. He always offers fantastic ideas to help maximize the use and functionality of the space. He took care of every detail and ensured I was happy with every step of the way. He knew I am going to rent so he labelled things so that there would never be confusion. The quality of his work and the level of detail he puts in every project is what sets Natanael apart from the rest. Natanael and his team are extremely efficient, professional, polite (and funny) but most importantly on time/schedule. They went with our vision of what was the perfect finished basement. They worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. No short cuts and everything was built to perfection With every single small detail taken into consideration. We built a full kitchen, laundry, bedroom, full bathroom, change room, and theatre room. We also asked them to build a stone vanity for our upstairs powder room which turned out amazing. As far as budget we were pretty much at what was agreed upon minus a glitch with electrical as we ended up with more pot lights then anticipated and paid a bit extra (wasnt a big deal). I would highly recommend P&P and will be working with them again for our next home project. Thank you for all your hard work.

We are repeat customers with P&P and very happy that we chose them again. We did a kitchen and basement renovation, including taking out a support wall in the kitchen. We particularly appreciated how they minimized the impact on us by hanging curtains to keep the dust and debris out of the rest of the house. They managed to keep the existing kitchen functional while they took the wall out and then did the rest of the work so quickly we were only out of a kitchen for week! Also appreciated how they were able to accommodate some of the add-ons we asked for like re-doing the stairs and laundry hook-ups. We did have a little problem in the basement we had to call them back to fix, but they took care of it and replaced everything as needed.
