I cannot express how amazing the crew that worked on our house. Absolutely the best, the installation was great and fast. The window are very easy to clean ! Im very satisfied with this company. They are highly professional and very detail oriented. Nathaniel has a lot of experience with respect of renovation and he provides great ideas. Excellent job !!

This is our second major project with Natanael. Like our first experience, the project went very smoothly. Natanael came up with a creative and effective way to deal with our roof slope water drainage problem. The P&P crew, including the sub contractors, were diligent and always professional. The quality of their work is top notch. Communication was also excellent - Natanael always let me know what was coming up the week ahead and responded to my messages and questions within hours. I trust Natanael's advice on anything related to home improvements. If we have any work to be done, he is my first call.

We then decided to ask them to do full interior renovation work. The results were fantastic! Not only they are super efficient and impressively punctual but also very accommodating. P & P Contractors did an amazing job, using the best materials and had an astute attention for detail. Always on time and all the crew were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of every day which helped keep the house dust-free.

Natanael and his team did an outstanding job with our new kitchen, bathroom, basement, and replacing all our windows and doors. His estimates were accurate and the project started on time and ended early and on budget. Any unexpected issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. They kept the workspace tidy and were always pleasant and respectful to dealt with either in person or via text/phone/email. I would have no hesitation in recommending Natanael and P&P for any home renovation projects.

Natanael and his team did an amazing job renovating the second floor of our 100-year-old home. They removed the existing interior, replaced ducts, plumbing, and electric, insulated the roof and walls and built 3 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room. They really transformed the place into something special. Natanael provided a clear work and payment plan and was fantastic in working with us to navigate design plans, deal with surprises, and inform us about different choices along the way. The team were hard-working and genuinely thoughtful. The only problem we have is that now our first floor looks like a sore thumb in comparison to our newly renovated second floor. We would recommend P&P as skilled, reliable, and respectful. We will definitely hire them again. 10/10

We hired Natanael and his team to reno our basement bathroom in our 100 + year old home in the Beaches. During the work it was discovered that our basement was leaking. Natanael was able to bring in another team to do indoor waterproofing & install a back flow valve immediately. He was adept at adjusting to our problem quickly & completing the work in the agreed upon time frame for the project. Several years later we didn't hesitate to call P & P for our next project in our bedroom. This involved removing 2 walls down to the studs, reinsulating, painting, installing a cabinet & redoing a popcorn ceiling. It was not a surprise that there wasn't any wall insulation & now the room is much warmer! Natanael is thorough, able to problem solve, provides a detailed contract with an accurate time frame for the project completion & provides ongoing info re the project progression. The team ensured the area was clean at he end of each day. The team was very experienced, provided quality workmanship and were polite & friendly. it is time to do another reno involving the kitchen, possible expansion of a bedroom & porch reno. We did not hesitate to contact the P & P team again for this job. Shirley

Natanael and his professional, personable crew did a fantastic job on a major renovation of our townhouse adding a new deck to back the house (ground and second floor), a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finishing up the laundry room and adding pot lights to the entire house. They are an incredibly hardworking team and committed to getting the work done on time and on budget. Before starting work, Natanael provided us with a detailed outline of the work to be done, a cost break down and a payment timeline. We always knew what to expect. Natanael was always available by phone, text or email for any questions and provided us with great ideas. He was also extremely flexible, accommodating our many changes along the way (thank you!!). Nataneal and his team take great pride in what they do - their quality work speaks for itself!

I worked with Natanael and his very competent team for a 2nd time. This time the team tackled my Master bedroom, office and 3rd floor attic space. All three areas were in desperate need of insulation. Those areas were completely gutted and insulated with spray foam. The ceiling was raised in the attic and master bedroom to give them a real spacious feeling. A new party wall was erected in the attic as there was a part of the attic that was shared with the attached neighbour. The attic space was very efficiently designed and all the little nooks were properly used to minimize any wasted space. There was a lot of new electrical work required as well. I had built-in drawers and shelving installed in the attic and the master bedroom. Natanael's team also installed beautiful brand new windows on the front of my house. I am very pleased with all the light that is let in the house now. It was a pleasure to work with Natanael's team. Antonio, Anibal, and Danny were very hard working and good at what they did. They showed up every day bright and early with a cheerful attitude and put in very long hours to ensure that the work was done properly, and on time. Natanael was very good at making sure everyone kept to the schedule and managed all the various trades people well. He was very flexible and always had very good suggestions for improvements. The whole thing took just over 2 months and the guys were here every day. I would highly recommend them and would work with them in the future.
