My family and I are very impressed with the quality of workmanship and craftsmanship put into our recent basement development. We found the staff at Planit Builders exemplary in their knowledge, experience and professionalism. From planning staff, interior design advice and all the stages of the building process we eagerly anticipated each advancing stage and were made to feel a welcome part of the process. Mark Turco as build coordinator was available and helped us problem solve in a timely way to ensure our utmost satisfaction. We would highly recommend the Planit team

Overall we were very pleased with our Planit Builders experience. The final product was very impressive. Our site Supervisor Steve went above and beyond what one would expect from a big business representative. He did the little extra things that showed he cared about pleasing his customers. The many different crews that came to our house were all respectful of the home environment and to our family (Childern and Animals). They finished the work on budget and I would recommend them to any of my friends who were thinking of doing basement development. We LOVE our new basement.

I like our new basement, it will suit our needs. Clean construction, good attention to detail. Finished project in very good time. I would refer them in the future. Steve worked hard to make our project a success.

Very courteous site supervisors with excellent interpersonal skills. They work hard to avoid conflict and provide a product that meets your expectations. The site supervisors did a good job at following up on our concerns to make sure our expectations were being met. The quality of some of the trades work performed was below expectations the first time. The site supervisor reviewed the work and arranged for the trades people to correct and/ or redo the work at no cost to us. I was pleased that the site supervisor never argued or attempted to let the work pass as acceptable. He was fast to acknowledge the problem and take the necessary steps to address the problems. Upon first glance and while everything is shiny and new things look pretty good. However, as we started to use things more regularly flaws jumped out all over the place. The tiling was done twice and I am not sure there is an evenly placed tile in our shower stall. The tiling work is home handyman quality and definitely not done to a high standard. Our project took a little more time than expected but overall the experience was better than anticipated.

From the beginning of the project I found everyone I dealt with at PLANiT Builders to be very professional and reliable, they do what they say they will do. The estimate was completed efficiently and every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. We are thrilled with our recent renovation, completed by PLANiT builders. Our site supervisor, Steve Belanger, kept us abreast of the progress and was communicative about every step during the process. The quality has been very good and the individual contractors were not only efficient but very respectful in terms of our small children being present and their schedules. We recently had Planit Builders develop our basement. They were Fantastic to work with. They were on time, very clean and very accomodating when we changed things. They really listened to what we were wanting and having the interior designer come to our home to help with selections was so convenient. After they were finished and we had some warranty work to do I couldn't believe how fast they were able to organize and get the trades back. We are so very happy with our experience and would recomend and already have recomended them.to nieghbours and friends. We want to thank Mark and Steve for making this experience so positive. Great company to deal with from start to finish. Mike and Murray showed up and spent some time in the basement and went over our idea's with both of them adding their own thoughts. They then provided an estimate on the spot along with info showing licenses, insurance and BBB accrediation etc. They provided us a timeline and kept to it. Our site manager, Mark Turco, was absolutely GREAT. He took time with us on every visit, never making us feel rushed. He too provided us ideas during and through the construction. We felt like he treated our basement renovation as if it was his own basement. We did some changes during the construction phases and we received our "quotes" promptly from Planit. This was our first major renovation and it went smoothly. That being said, as with every major project there were snags, however, Planit dealt with them promptly and to our satisfaction which to us was the sign of an extremely professional company that values their reputation. We've already had people over and everyone enjoyed the basement and made comments about how great it is. Thank you to Mark, Murray, Ryan, Arnold, Susan and Mike for this great experience. We would recommend this company to anyone!
