We had a few hiccups with some of the extras and had to question the change order amounts but our Project manager John P. was amazing. He was in contact with us frequently and answered all of our questions promptly. There were some things out of his control, (like multiple subcontractor issues) but he got things done and we are very happy with the end result.

Recently had a garage built by Planit Builders, the site coordinators I dealt with during this where excellent both the initial Coordinator John Papageorgiou and Frank Garland. They made everything very easy and answered any and all questions I had. The trades that completed the project where excellent. I would like to thank both coordinators for their time and hard work in the completion of this project.

We were very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable all the staff were, we had some changes during the design phase and the office staff always got back to us in an timely manner. We were very pleased to deal with Dale the project manager during construction. Dale went out of his way to ensure we received the best quality, he noticed small issues before we did and made sure everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend planit builders to anyone doing a basement development.

Had them build a 20' x 22' garage with the extra high door. The process took a while due to the weather this year (non-stop rain, thunder and hail). Brian kept me informed throughout and was friendly and professional. When it was all finished they agreed to take away some extra garbage we had in the back, I thought that was a nice touch.

It was a great experience. We did not have to worry about anything. Site supervisor did a great job with keeping us informed and helped out in any way it was needed. Thank you

Our initial experience with PlanIt was wonderful; the quoting, contract signing, planning, designing, went well beyond our expectations. Everyone was so thorough. Once development began, however, things started to fall through the cracks. Our initial meeting with the original coordinator went well. Super easy going individual, easy to talk to, answered all our questions and emails promptly. But then we started hearing excuses and seeing delays. A couple weeks went by with no work being done, no trades people coming to our place, so we started asking questions. Our site manager was Beau and when our concerns were brought up, he was on top of it. We got a new coordinator assigned to our project, Joe, who was GREAT! Once Joe took over, he did all that he could to get our project back on schedule. Unfortunately, due to the setback with the original coordinator (who is not with PlanIt anymore), it was difficult for our project to be completed anywhere close to our original completion date. It took an additional month to get our basement completed. Frustrations on both our end and Joe's end, because some of the trades that PlanIt contracted out to were not as reliable as we all would have liked. But during the 2 months when Joe stepped in, he was on point with keeping us up to date and always answered his phone/texts/emails - as did Beau! So despite scheduling issues, I was thoroughly happy with the customer service provided to us. Joe was meticulous and always aimed for the best quality work. I would consider using PlanIt again and have mentioned them to a few colleagues and friends already.

A neighbour recommended Planit Builders. They are professional and built our garage in time. The project manager John Papageorgiou kept us always informed. The quality of the material and labour is worthy. We strongly recommend Planit! Good job! We are very satisfied.

Very Professional Company from Start To finish. Constantly updating homeowner on the next step. Very Professional in the home. Love how they keep a daily sign in. Trustworthy workers. Excellent Site Supervisor who went above and beyond. I asked him to fix my door because it wouldn't lock; he replaced a screw and fixed the door. Very happy with the outcome.

Sonny, your original presentation about PLANiT Builders, what the company was about and what you could do for us, well quite honestly, you blew us away, and this is why we chose to go with you. From that moment forward everything moved like a well oiled machine. Dale our first site supervisor, always told me “There are no problems, only solutions”. Frank our second site supervisor would reply to any email we sent within minutes, literally within minutes, EVERY time. Thank you for building our basement this summer. We will recommend you to everyone we know. Thanks Boys!

Good to work with. Dale (our project manager) saved the day on plenty of occasions. Always coming back with a yes we will fix it. There were some time delays due to some of their suppliers not being on time. All in all though we have a beautiful basement and completed in about 4 months. Would recommend Planit Builders.
