I feel conflicted writing a review, since we didn't actually secure their services, so this is just a review on their assessment and quote process more than anything else.
First off, they required both homeowners to be there for an hour. I understand the philosophy behind the requirement, but as two working professionals with young children it can be difficult to find an hour uninterrupted. But we worked to arrange a weekend day with the babysitter so we could accommodate this requirement.
And they didn't even show up. They called the day before to confirm the appointment, and again impressed the importance of both homeowners being present and free for the entire hour. The appointed time came and went with no one arriving and no phone call to let us know. We called them after a half hour to learn the representative was a distance away and would not be able to arrive until an hour and a half after the appointment time. Since we arranged a babysitter ahead of time, this would not work with our schedule. They then tried to send out a different rep immediately, explaining that they would be there in 15 minutes. They, too, never showed up. Never even so much as a phone call explanation, they just never arrived. Even watched the doorbell camera after we left and they are still MIA.
We have plenty of other companies willing to work within our means and schedule, so no skin off our nose. But I can't recommend them even for a quote. If this is how they handle to quotation process, how well could the installation process go?
