Patio door still have damaged glass and not leveled door frame begins to create a dent in the locking mechanism and makes sliding the door very difficult. After numerous calls to Landmark, we were told by Landmark Service department the new door has been ordered and will be installed shortly, that was September 2017. All 6 employees that we were dealing with last year have left the company, every time we follow up on the status we have to start the whole process from the beginning with a new employee. On May 3rd after last technician’s visit, he wrote in his report "patio door - (also glass damaged inside) customer needs new door, adjustment tried but door frame is crooked", this same request was issued by two previous Landmark inspectors! 14 months we’ve been waiting for the new door … Don't be fooled by this company lifetime warranty, they are not able to finish the original installation.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

The salesman was quite convincing extolling the quality of the product and the workmanship. Quite proud of their reputation. I bought the pitch and paid them 4300 on April 6th. Installation would be 6-8 weeks. We waited forever and finally the windows were installed in the beginning of July. The installers did not seem to know how to install windows around plaster. They cracked the plaster and left without a plan to have them fixed (see pictures). I send many emails to them and it took 3 weeks for them to decide to fix the problem. They sent the same two guys who cracked the plaster, they did not know how to fix plaster. They ended up putting a couple of coats of drywall compound on most of the cracks, leaving some. Even the covered cracks can be seen through the compound and can be felt by running your hand over the surface. If I paint the cracks will show through. I complained again and they sent someone else to appraise the situation. On the surface he appeared to agree with me, but I never heard back. I sent multiple emails to them. They have ignored all of my subsequent emails. I have opened an incident with the BBB, and am pursuing other avenues. Part 2 over a month later. The BBB contacted them and they phoned me and apologized. Asked me to get a contractor and have the contractor invoice them after the work was done. It sounded fishy to me, so I countered with, I'll find the contractor but you arrange the work order, and arrange payment. They agreed. I found a contractor on August 15 and Landmark said they would make the arrangements. They did not, even after numerous emails from me. BBB contacted them again and they begin the BBB game. They respond that they are working on it. BBB contacts me giving me a week to respond, I say the response is not acceptable. And the cycle repeats. They seem to be hoping that I will miss the BBB email or be on vacation and the issue will be closed automatically. This process has been going on for a month. The installers did an excellent job, installing the 9 windows ln one day. Thay were curdeus and friendly. I highly recommend them.Answer from pro:

work was done in one day, clean up was done efficiently and workers were respectful of our home and the floors, however replacing windows does cause a lot of dust in each room where a window was replaced.Answer from pro:

The workers were very polite, arrived when they said they would, worked very hard and cleaned up before they left. I called with a problem (which turned out not to be a problem) and they came back to show me what I was doing wrong. When I said he could have just called me his answer was they want to make sure the customer is happy and so they give good service. I was very impressed.Answer from pro:

Window was ordered in January but not installed until July. WAs rescheduled many times. 1/4 trim inside wasn’t painted. Left as raw wood. Outdoor caulking messy and small bits of caulk/old window were left on deck and outdoor carpet. Window had hand prints on it. I thought it would be clean. Install guys were nice but left a bit of mess. Outdoor furniture not moved back.Answer from pro:
