    Replacement window and patio door

    First patio door was not made to specifications. This one doesn't lock. Other than that all is good.

    window instillation

    Worker late, needs to work on commitment and time arrival promises. Extremely polite and accommodating once in home. Worker was a perfectionist in his work and did an outstanding quality job! Would strongly recommend worker get his own vacuum and purchase drop clothes for clients homes. I had to use bed sheets to protect my new carpets. Overall very happy with the quality finish and the windows are extremely high quality above the standard vinyl windows. Would gladly recommend window company and sub contractor installer again.

    Two replacement windows in my living room.

    Removed old original windows and replaced with new ones. They were diligent in their work ethic and tidied up afterwards. I’m very pleased.

    Windows (14) and doors (5) replacement for the entire house.

    New windows on complete home

    Professional, Polite, extremely quick work of 12 windows and a new patio door due to the outstanding knowledge of their trade.

    windows

    The men were really quiet not yelling which is good. They were neat and tidy cleaning up and very nice. We had a little bubble on the one window so they are coming out to replace it. That is not the man's fault the window should of not passed through the inspection. Waiting to here when they are coming out to replace it. It only has been a week so not long yet waiting.

    14 windows changed

    The work was very well done. The workers knew what was to be done and very attentive to my needs. After completion, no trace of garbage, dirt, they were very thorough when done. I would recommend them anytime.

    Windows & doors replacement

    Last year June 2017 we had our windows and doors partially installed, with the agreement to replace defective patio doors in April 2018, since Landmark could not provide new doors and install them in the 6 months following the initial installation!! Originally our patio doors did not even lock, this was temporally resolved by moving one side of the door frame up, the door locked but the frame is twisted, out of shape. The 2nd issue with the door was damaged glass inside. After number of calls this year, we found out that all 6 employees that we were dealing with last year have left the company and apparently now the whole process has to be restarted. 4 weeks ago Landmark technician, yet again, came to measure our patio door (for the 3rd time) and… we have not heard from Landmark since. Landmark is offering lifetime warranty but unable to finish the original installation! Such incompetence and ignorance. The job order number is LS1882, it contains all the all the details from the past year.

    Window and doors

    Windows and doors are beautiful. Emails and calls were answered promptly. Staff were very pleasant. Extra costs that were not told up front by the salesman, like we have to paint and have the alarm person come in. If known in advance that would of been less stressful. A walk through by the production manager after a few days after would of been nice, just to answer any concerns or questions.

    9 new windows

    Very pleased with both the workmanship of the windows and the insulation went very smoothly. Respected my gardens and my property during insulation. Good Job....Thanks
