    Windows

    My windows were i stalled in a timely manner. Great service andxa clean job. But the second night it got windy and i can feel the breeze still hitting my sons bed. The whole reason why i replaced the window. So trying to get someo e back hete or even reply to the calls and voice mails i have left. I feel the serice in quality concontrol and follow up is way under par.

    Patio door and 5 windows

    Installed a patio door and 5 windows. This is there second visit from them and we will have them back again. Customer service and sales are no pressure and a joy to deal with, no negotiation necessary on the second visit the sales person told us that we were going to receive a huge percentage off, because we were repeat customers.

    Windows

    Three windows do not close properly, installers were to check them all before they left. Obviously they didn’t. Also they weren’t the agreed styles we ordered but took 5 months to arrive and install. I realize covid took some part in it but a courtesy call would have been nice. No one answered their phone, even afterwards.

    Windows and door

    Replaced 11 windows and front door. They did a great job and the installers were very efficient.

    Windows

    The windows are really nice and very well built. The installation was done very well and completed in a day - the results are amazing. The team worked well together and cleaned up after themselves which was great. The took time to go over everything and make sure that we knew how to use each window.

    Front windows

    Good window. Excellent and professional installatio. Installer was able to complete from the interior and leave the storm window on until new window was installed. This saved us from a very cold morning! Exterior trim is professional grade work

    Window replacement

    I hired Landmark to replace an existing window with a larger double hung window. The window itself is average quality, the screen arrived with a small hole in it which the installer honestly pointed out to me, in addition the screen is so tight I cannot remove it if I choose to. the leader of the three man crew seemed knowledgeable and polite. The old man in the crew went straight to my bathroom upon arrival where he stayed for at least 15 minutes, guess what my house smelled like after that, he proceeded to walk all over my varnished pine floors with his work boots. None of the crew wore masks while inside or out of my house. the crew was very unprofessional and had little respect for my residence. The outside flashing was installed incorrectly, even I could tell something was wrong, I have included pictures of the final product. 1. No drip cap was installed, purely a bead of caulking along the top, how long will that last before it starts to leak? 2. No j-channel was installed to collect the ends of the siding along the edges of the window, this leaves huge gaps which provides an excellent home to things like bees, bats and birds not mention allows the rain and snow to drive straight into the framing of the window. I have reached out to Landmark to ask for a post installation visit but of course they don’t return my calls. Terrible company, terrible product, terrible installers, terrible customer service.

    I am not happy with the work that was done . I paid cash so I am not satisfied.

    Would totally recommend!!

    Brandon was super helpful and always checking in on us while we were waiting for a windows to be installed! Even gave my husband and I a gift card for a night out for supper we are very happy with are new windows, doors, and Patio doors!! We had 7 windows 1 door and 2 huge patio sliding doors
