    Misleading business practices

    I used them once and got decent service. But since then they relentlessly call me with misleading messages in order to entice me to call back. Most recently they left me messages saying they needed to talk about "issues with my account." After calling them back, there were no issues, they just wanted to pitch me on new services. Very sketchy and doesn't bode well for trustworthiness!

    water softener repair

    the service was handled very efficiently, Andrew was very professional, polite, and friendly. He had to come twice, and I found it to be a bit too costly, but I would still call Bosco again.

    Faucet not working simple air lock

    I will not paint the Company with a brush, also won't get into the details . I had a experience with one employee that was not the greatest called Bosco Home Plumping and they responded favorable . Would I use this Company again the answer is Yes . I have in the past and it has always worked out ,This employee had a Bad Day and don.t we all have that happen now and then.

    Furnace replacement

    Other than being later arriving at the job site, the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new furnace was handled very efficiently, with little mess. The installers finished the installation in meticulous condition and left the premises as neat as could be. We are very satisfied with Bosco Home Services.

    Leak in pipes in ceiling (tub)

    Bosco was the only place that would send a plumber to me for emergency service. David arrived and within minutes my son had given him the background and within an hour and half he had the pipes for the faucet fixed and the water turned back on. He was professional and got the job done fast and efficient. I will use Bosco's service again! I was so impressed.

    DO NOT use this company, you will be disappointed!

    Terrible! I too am extremely disappointed with the service that we've received from Bosco Home Services. I echo many of the issues others have stated, but the one that is key for me is that they NEVER showed up on time. On 5 occasions they were either late or didn’t show up. All dispatch can do is apologize, but after a while that doesn’t cut it. There is no respect for the customer’s time (I had to take time off work that I lost… only for them not to show up!) To me this repeated behavior is very disrespectful and for this reason I will not use them. I heard about Bosco on Newstalk 1010 and called them to be our home service provider, and quite frankly I am so disappointed I am lost for words. I realize that Newstalk 1010 is no way responsible for the poor performance of their advertisers, however since I hear them on that station, like it or not it does reflect on them as well.

    Amazing service!

    We have an older home and had a clogged drain in our laundry room for a couple of weeks. We called a competitor and was quoted $2000 for the job --- we were told that the drain pipe under the cement floor had to be replaced. We called for a second opinion since the first company didn't use a camera or even try to snake the drain. I phoned Bosco and explained the issue and made an appointment for a drain clearing for Monday. A plumber contacted us half an hour later and offered to look at the drain right away. He said that he didn't want us to go another weekend with the clogged drain -- we had to empty the laundry tub in order to do loads of laundry, run the dishwasher or wash dishes. With two young children, it was a HUGE inconvenience. Brendan worked for about an hour and was able to clear the drain and solve our issue -- for a fraction of what we were quoted from a competitor. We cannot express how happy we are at his customer service and workmanship. I can once again do laundry and wash dishes without worrying that the sink will overflow. We will not hesitate to call Bosco again and will recommend them to our friends and colleagues!

    Awful customer service. Shameless

    Cancelled appointments on me multiple times. Technicians left early and left my home unlocked. Asked repetitively for assistance with location of ductless AC as was not put quite where requested, been weeks. No one returns my calls including owner. Requested window before the AC nonsense and no follow up withr estimate. Disorganized. Promise you services when they make errors. You ask for an outline of those services by email and never them. Disgusting.

    kitchen faucet replacement

    Original faucet cartridge failed. Bosco guy said cartridge unavailable faucet had to be replaced and he couldn't replace with one we already had in hand. He said he had a faucet in his truck. Quoted about $1000 all in. Had to pay deposit of $360. We felt we had no choice and said OK. Then he said he didn't have it. We asked for refund. Manager called and offered to install our own faucet for deposit rather than refund. Less than a year later the faucet has become unseated since it was only held in place with silicone. Overcharged, misleading, shabby workmanship. Avoid Bosco!

    Basement water supply line and new sewage pipe below slab and to property line

    We replaced all sewage lines in the basement and upgraded the water line. After the installation was complete I noticed none of the vertical pipes for toilets, shower and sinks where straight and where not installed in the locations we discussed. Now I have pipes too close to the wall and have to re-do them. Worst part is they did not close the permit. I could not get their assigned project manager Matt to respond to my calls. When I closed the permit myself, the inspector found many difficiencies. Not a company I would recommend.
