    Install New Dishwasher

    Our experience with Bosco was BRUTAL!!! Our old dishwasher broke, so I ordered a new one. My tenant called a few companies that quoted around $120-$150 to install the new dishwasher, however none showed up for their appts. My tenant then contacted Bosco, who quoted approx. $300 for the install. While this was more than the others, I just wanted the frustration to end for my tenant and I approved it. When they showed at my tenants place, Bosco changed the estimate to $600!!!!!! Unfortunately my tenant approved it and Bosco took full advantage of the situation. I called Bosco the following day and pleaded my case, but they refused to adjust the invoice at all. I could not believe it - I paid $400 for a new dishwasher and then $600 to install it. Terrible business practice...I will never recommend Bosco.

    DRAIN CLOG

    I am writing this about Bosco plumbing, so no one else out there will get ripped off just like i did. This past february i had a problem with the drain in my shower so i always hear on the radio that bosco plumbing will un clog your drain for $99.00 and the radio station is the fan 590 which i always listen to. So i decided to give bosco a call and they were great on the phone they had a tech over in less than 1 hour.Tech came over my house and my wife was home alone and the tech started telling her how big of a job this was going to be, so she asked the tech how much and he said i will get that working like brand new for you i promise and with the service call and everything including taxes it came out to $540.00 so she went for it she thought the tech would be there for atleast the whole day believe me when i tell you this took the tech less than 15 minutes to get this work done. When she called me at work and told me all this i was fuming so i told her to give me their number with the invoice number and called in they told me that a manager will contact me within 24 hours no one called me i tried this 2 more times and always manager will call me in 24 hours well we are now in late summer and no one called yet. I JUST WANT EVERYONE OUT THERE TO KNOW DO NOT EVER USE BOSCO PLUMBING BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I WANT TO THANK THE BOY'S AT BOSCO THAT THEY ACTED VERY QUICKLY ON MY REVIEW THE HONOURED THE PRICE THAT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE RADIO FOR $99.00 THKS AGAIN GUY'S.

    New Hot Water Tank

    Our hot water tank was broken. 7 people in one house,we needed hot water! Bosco Home Services quickly sent out Dave. He was caring, friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job installing our new hot water tank. We are all so very happy and Dave was so good at his job. He worked all day and is coming back to fix up doors and holes tomorrow. We could not have asked for a more reliable worker and are so very pleased to be so well taken care of by a great reliable company. Thank you Bosco!

    AC Failure

    Well it never fails that when you need something to work it doesn't. My 3 year old AC decided to stop working during this current heat wave. I made the call to Bosco and they were able to get me someone the next morning. Joe showed up on time and ready to work, he communicated well and was a pleasure to have in my home. Joe was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and was able to do the repair with no up-sale. Thanks Joe for the great job! I would not hesitate for a second to call Bosco Home Services for my next repair.

    A/C CHECK UP

    Had an a/c service check up done. The service tech failed to check the condensate drain which was plugged. I had to call someone else in and paid $189 for something that should have been done initially. When I called their customer service line, I spoke to someone who would get someone to call me - still waiting.

    Reverse Osmosis

    They replaced filters for my reverse osmosis unit but it stopped working. Rob R. from Bosco took it upon himself to troubleshoot the problem...which was no fault of Bosco's...it was a clogged line from infrequent filter changes. Bosco went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of! Thank you so much.

    Clogged Drain

    Called Bosco, and they sent a guy out that day to assess our problem. Paul showed up, was super nice and talked through everything with me. He cleared our problem and it cost way less then we were anticipating. Paul was Fantastic and so was Bosco.

    A/C Service

    I booked Bosco to service my central air conditioning over the phone. The staff was efficient and courteous. Trevor came to the house and was pleasant clean and professional as well as early. Good job all around.

    Air Cond. maintenance service

    Jesse Robertson came to do the maintenance of my Central Air Conditioner. He was very polite, very friendly and very conscientious in performing his tasks. This is exactly the type of technician that gives Bosco its good reputation. Whenever I talk to my neighbours or friends I will recommend Bosco because of representatives like Jesse. Thank you Bosco.
