Templar responded to all of our phone calls and inquiries quickly. They were polite and great to work with. Most importantly, they removed the asbestos from our basement in the timeframe they specified and did a great job. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking to have asbestos removed from their home.

Me and my husband just recently bought a home. When we saw the number of good reviews for Templar, we decided to contact them. On the phone, Robert was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all the questions I had. He seemed like he really knew his stuff. I felt comfortable with them because of all the experience they have had doing this. Warren was the person who came to do the removal and he was also really nice and thorough. He walked us through the house and explained everything to us. This was also the only company I found to give me a price per vent over the phone. Others said it would depend on the vent, the age, the condition etc and they would either come an extra time to give a quote or adjust the price after the job, which made me nervous since you could agree to one price and then get stuck with another! I felt the price was very reasonable for the expertise, quality of work and professionalism. Thanks guys!!

Called Rob on wed about a problem with asbestos and his crew was out to clean by Friday! Very quick and very reasonably priced better then 3 others we called. Warren was great as well (super nice guy)! would recommend for clean up to any small business

I purchased a home with vermiculite insulation containing asbestos and wanted to have it removed. I researched the process and various companies on the internet and got quotes from 6 of them. Templar was the lowest quote and were able to complete the job sooner and much more quickly than the other companies that I contacted. The job was completed quickly and as quoted. Robert provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend Templar to others. Good experience!

We needed a quick job of mould removal in our attic as the home was just sold, and Templar came through on short notice. Job was done professionally and the staff took great care to ensure no mess was left behind. Well priced and the new homeowner is very happy with the job as well.

We had a good experience with Robert from Templar Mould / Asbestos. We booked a visit in order to collect samples from various old construction materials in the house. Since we were planning renovations shortly after we'd moved into the house, time was a sensitive matter. Robert was punctual and efficient. He provided good professional advice. Good communication and follow-up after the results turned out negative.

I needed some mould and asbestos removed. Got estimates from a number of other providers and Templar was the lowest. They made a number of extra visits due to various complications. There was only a slight increase in quoted price, due to finding asbestos in another location. The service was prompt and professional and even with the increase, the price was lower than competitors.

We had an asbestos scare during a basement renovation. Turns out it was negative (thankfully), but we needed to know quickly. Robert was great. He provided a lot of info over the phone and tried to get the test done as quickly as possible which was important because we have kids in the house. I had called a couple of other places as well and the price was fair.
