Warren was assigned the project at my home. He arrived on time, introduced himself and was very friendly and polite. The area to be treated was sealed off from the rest of the basement and the upper part of the house. All debris was wrapped up for disposal the same day. The job took the entire day and the walls were thoroughly cleaned of the mold and treated with an antibacterial finish. I am very satisfied with Warren's work and happy to have a nice large and clean storage room!

Our attic needed a cleanup. The insulation needed to be replaced and mould needed to be fully remediated. We contacted numerous companies - their estimates were ridiculous. We finally stumbled across Templar. Robert was very approachable. Both work crews were phenominal in their professional conduct and quality of workmanship. There was zero mess in the house as most of the work was conducted from outside. The work was completed on time and the after sales service was excellent. The bottom line is ... the work was done very efficiently, with effective results and all at a very reasonable cost. We would strongly recommend this company and would re-use their services without any hesitation whatsoever.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Robert. We had a very bad experience with leaking/mouldy windows, and required an indoor air sample test to rule-out the spread of the mould. Robert came to our home the day the windows were coming-out, and returned a week later to run the tests. Very good service - would highly recommend!

We are in the middle of completely gutting our 1929 home and needed to remove two vertical hvac runs that were covered in asbestos. We had used Templer Mould/Asbestos before for a smaller job and were extremely satisfied so we decided to call Robert again. He answered the phone, gave a competitive price and booked an appointment a for few days later. He quoted 1 day for the job. They were done early and left the work area spotless. Overall an excellent job.

We're having our basement floors re-done. Old vynil and parkay flooring was removed. Floor installers noticed mould on the cement floor. I saw Robert's business on homestars and emailed right away. He called back within 30 minutes. I explained the situation, and how I was not home to assess myself, only hearing about it from the installers. Robert took my address and arrived within one hour. We don't know anything about the severity of mould so didn't know what to expect. He gave his honest opinion - we had nothing to worry about! He saved us money and gave us piece of mind and kept my floor installation project on time! Crisis averted and I didn't even meet him! Thank you for stopping in the middle of your day to assess my basement so I could keep my project on time.

Robert and his crew were professional, upfront about our project costs and left the house spotless. We were so impressed with our kitchen, that we hired him to do our basement (which tested positive as well). With Robert, you knew the product was going to be safely disposed of and that all you would be left with was piece of mind. Highly recommended!

We had found lots of water and mold in a closet that we had to throw away some coats and shoes We called Templar b/c of the reviews on Homestars. Robert came over for a consultation. He was fabulous and straight up with us. He looked everything over and told us what the cause was. he even said that he could get his guys to come and clean it up but suggested that we could just do it ourselves to save money. He even recommended people he knew in the trades to fix the various problems that may come up later on. We appreciated his honesty and great advice. Highly recommend.

Templar came by to remove asbestos in our home after initial checks with several companies. Originally quoted two days, but were done in one long day. Minor mishap was a delayed start and a warning phone call would have helped...overall ontime and on budget.

Last week, Templar Mould Removal removed moldy drywall from three basement walls and did an exceptional job. The basement looks clean and no longer are were burdened by its presence - the work was complete in 24 hours and relative to other quotes I received, this was by far the most competitive rate, in comparison to two other homestar companies. The folks doing the work were thoughtful and considerate, and took pains to explain the different stages of work and to help me understand what it was they were doing. The job was a long one, and they worked late to finish, but were considerate of neighbors and my kids who went to bed before they finished.
