    Repaired and refinished a 100 year old antique wood rocker and an antique wood table.

    The chair was in terrible condition with damaged wood and numerous joint issues and cracks but was repaired and restained as if it were new. The table was in better shape but had some damage to the legs that was repaired so well as too not be able to see the patch... excellent work on both pieces!!!

    Dining room set restored to its glorious glamour and beauty.!

    They where extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they discribed all steps of the work that was going to be performed.

    Chairs -6- reupholstered tightened and refinished. Ding chairs

    Chairs look like new, very impressive and just what I wanted. Even better than I imagined. Great job.

    Table and chairs refinished

    We had our kitchen table and chairs refinished to match our dinning room table. We are very happy with the results. The table and chairs look and feel brand new and the match is excellent. The set is about 45 years old. TMC Restoration was our highest quote but in the end we feel it was worth it.

    furniture restoration

    We did two chairs. It wasn't cheap but two new chairs would have cost as much. And we love the chairs. We couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is superb. Thank you.

    Reupholstered two couches.

    They worked with me and my budget to get the work done right. Excellent work and quality.

    Recover couch

    The couch looks great but the stuffing is way too firm. I know with use it will soften up but right now the whole couch is like a board.

    Thanks for the feedback kelamax. This is something we often hear from customers who had recent re-upholstery work done. Compared to the way your sofa felt prior to restoration, it will feel quite firm initially. But eventually you won't notice the improved foam density.

    dining room table, chairs and buffet.

    The work is excellent. The table took my breath awayIt is just beautiful and I am happy I had it done

    Restoration of corner shaped sofa

    We met TMC at a trade show and were interested in restoring our old worn out sofa. We initially just wanted it re-covered. Some weeks went and we were contacted again and agreed to a home visit to what could be done... A sales rep turned up (at agreed time) and it was agreed our sofa was a good candidate for restoration. An endless supply of fabric choices to choose from we eventually found one we liked, literally anything you could think of was available. Other details such as cushions and type of foam (whatever filling material was suitable) were discussed and after sever hours our choices were made. A price agreed our sofa was taken away within an hour - we were left unsettled by this. But I should mention the guys were careful and removed shoes and treated our home with the utmost respect. We heard nothing for some weeks and for some unknown reason I googled TMC and didn't like what I saw. At this point we were so disturbed we just thought of it as dead money and went looking around another sofa. Just as well we could find what we wanted as a few days later we were contacted about our sofa and some suggestions (no extra cost) So our sofa was going to be restored..... Likes and dislikes.. more likes really! If you had a bad experience i'm so sorry but we can only speak as we find. Businesses evolve and change from good to bad and bad to good and i'm not trying to undermine your reviews we are genuine homestars and speak as we find. Our review of a dishonest trader windows doors still stands ( lots of effort and proof required but we did it ) and in the coming months pool installer that has been unscrupulous will be on here, the report will be scathing and hopefully a warning to others to stay away ! So TMC : I didn't like the high pressure sales tatics, being without a sofa for just under 3 months. That the original was taken so quickly it was unsettling. I did like : The immediate responses to any queries we had once it was apparent to us that you were reputable. The unwaving follow up to remind us to contact you for suggestions to improve the final finish and details of the restoration. The politeness and overall helpfulness of the your restoration team. The updates on the progress of the work. The quality of the work, amazing even now we look at new furniture in stores and now appreciate what you were saying (very annoying we hadn't thought to look from that perspective and now can't stop) Did I say the quality of the workmanship ? The amazing choices we were given, basically we can have whatever we want. The after sales service, once you had our money the great service continued thanks for the free connectors and delivering them to our home so far away it was appreciated. So do we recommend them ? Buy with confidence we completely recommend TMC and would not hesitate to use them again. Wonderful workmanship and very professional from start to finish. 10/10
