Follow up: I did not contact our lawyer in the end, because the Company contacted us and asked us to return our furniture to them so that they could correct all the errors, and we negotiated a refund from the Company. The repairs were completed the second time around, and the furniture was delivered back to us in good condition.

Amazing! The work done by TMC was truly amazing. The restoration of our coffee table was done by hand and a lot of care went into this process. The beauty of the wood shines through. We couldn't be happier with the service we received or the end product.

I am delighted with the work done.  The sofa looks beautiful - the work done is fabulous - and it looks great! The "boss" (my cat) approves of it 100%! Seriously, though it is a great piece of work. Lalita was very helpful and pleasant. The men who brought it back were very professional and while it was a challenge for them (the elevator is quite small) they coped wonderfully. Thanks, so much!

TMC Restoration did very well. Their staff were very courteous. TMC took the time to explain the restoration process to me and helped me select just the right fabric for my sofa and chair. I am pleased with the workmanship.

This was our first refinishing and we are very pleased with the work. Our furniture looks gorgeous and the workmanship was superb! TMC provided amazing customer service, with staff who are not only friendly but knowledgeable as well. Their staff take pride in their work and it shows.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful restoration work that was done on my carousel horse. This pece is very special to me and I had cautiously agreed to allow TMC to handle the full restoration. Even after committing to the restoration I had second thought and it took serval conversations with Joe, the TMC estimator, to go forward with the restoration. Joe was very patient, he addressed my concerns and assured me that TMC was not only a reputable company but that TMC had the expertise required to restore the piece to my satisfaction. As this was a unique and decorative item thsat required specialized hand painting and detail, I was promised a step by step consultation throughout the restoration process. This took many weeks of communication via e-mails, photo approvals and several consultations with TMC staff to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the progress of the restoration. I have to personally thank both Michelle and Oliver whom I met on several occasions to discuss and approve the artistic ideas, painting techniques and colour schemes. Michelle's professionalism and customer care was wonderful and unwaivering. She was infinitely patient with me over many weeks of discussion and allowed me to take the time I needed to finalize my colour scheme. Thanks to Oliver's amazing skills with an airbrush, his painstaking attention to detail, his artistic input and expertise and his patience which brought my vision to life and I cannot thank him enough. I was asked to meet with TMC staff one final time to ensure that I was happy with the fully restored product. At this time I was personally greeted by the Production Manager who thanked me for the opportunity to work on this particular piece which was a very nice touch. Finally, my carousel horse was delivered to my home with the utmost care and courtesy and have to say that I am extremely impressed with the calibre of TMC staff and the integrity of the company. TMC followed through with every promise made to me as a respected and valued client and their staff worked tirelessly and patiently with me during the entire process. My advice to anyone who is putting off restoration on a treasured piece is not to wait. After years of thinking about restoring this piece I cannot tell you how much pleasure I experience dailing in living with this beautiful piece of restored art. I would once again like to express my sincere appreciation to everyone at TMC for the amazing customer care and beautiful restoration of my carousel horse.
