I am initially dissatisfied with product. TMC management wants to correct problem. I will report after resolution. Satisfaction will either increase or decrease pending resolve. will change score and comment pending response.

TMC Restoration has a large selection of fabrics to choose from. Their staff took the time to work with us in choosing just the right fabric that would suit our decor. TMC Restoration definitely cares about their customer's and meeting their needs. Our furniture looks fantastic. Well done TMC!

TMC Restoration's estimator was very knowledgeable and the delivery people were very professional and prompt. I am happy with the quality workmanship and the care TMC Restoration took in handling my furniture. My table is gorgeous.

TMC Restoration was very professional. My chairs look like new again. TMC Restoration provided great service and exceeded all of my expectations. The staff were well-informed and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with how my chairs look.

The work done on my chair is beautiful. What I didn't like was how TMC kept calling and adding on costs to the original estimate. I was told that the financing interest was low, but that is not true. I love the chair, the gentlemen who picked up and returned the chair were great, but I will not deal with this company again.

TMC Restoration kept me informed of changes and the additional costs and didn't proceed without my approval. They updated me on the progress of my furniture. They re-veneered the top and fretwork. The craftsmanship was great and my furniture looks wonderful.

Update - I had TMC back for my French provincial bedroom set. The 4 piece set was striped, and repainted. The 1950’s set is beautiful again - thank you! Great customer service - from the estimator to the delivery guys! Great service and I love Audrey! My furniture looks fantastic and I am blown away by the skill and care that was given to my furniture. I would highly recommend TMC Restoration!

Everyone at TMC is extremely friendly and courteous. I like the old guy at the mall. Our furniture looks great and it is apparent great care went to taking care of the details. Their workmanship was fantastic!
