The Floormen were highly recommended to me by friends who had the floors throughout their large house refinished and who were thrilled with the results. I hired Paul and Harold to refinish the floors in my small bungalow which was built in 1942. Underneath the old wall-to-wall carpeting were numerous bad stains as well as a large gap in the floor where a wall had been removed. The day that they were supposed to start there was a huge snow storm. I thought they were likely to cancel but instead they arrived early with snow shovels and were planning to dig their way in! They completed their work on time, kept me informed of any surprises that they discovered under the carpeting, offered solutions to any problems that arose and worked with me to get the exact colour I wanted for the floors. I couldn't have been more happy with the results. You couldn't tell where the gap had been, the stains were gone and the floors looked amazing with the exact amount of sheen that I had requested. They were easy to talk to, pleasant to work with and completely trustworthy. The price was fair and the estimate accurate. I couldn't recommend them more highly and have already done so to a number of good friends. You won't be disappointed.

I hired the Floormen on a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, I did not leave enough time before I moved into an old house to properly refinish my floors. Paul is very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided guidance for the best way to show my floors with little time to complete the task. Paul and Harold 'brushed' and sanded and restained my floors within a very tight timeframe. They are very professional and cleaned up appropriately once the job was completed. Thanks guys - I love my sparkling floors. I will have them back to complete all my floors very soon!

The Floormen were excellent! My floors look beautiful! I needed to refinish the living room floors in my "new" old house. Paul and Harold came highly recommend through a friend of mine who had engaged them for a much more complex project than mine (inlays, stairs, bannisters). These guys were so extroadinarily detailed in their work, the result was absolute perfection. They really know their stuff. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for very high quality at a fair price.
