Quick response and fix. Great service.

Amazing work from beginning to end. I was sold on Robert (the owner) on first meeting. He is honest, qualified, follows up on all questions, is timely and did an amazing job. I obtained 4 quotes. Unlike other companies, when you use The Cutting Edge Roofing, you do not pay for a sales force. Also, unlike the other companies, Robert puts a 6 foot ice shield versus others that cut corners and only go for 3 feet trying to convince you that 3 feet is sufficient. Robert and his team showed up on time. Finished the job on a timely manner and cleaned up so well that I could not find a single nail. He also uses Owens Corning shingles which are excellent and offer a great warranty period. I would highly recommend The Cutting Edge Roofing.

Work was done in a timely manner and when promised and for a reasonable price. The company supplies pictures of the roof from the time it is stripped down to raw wood until the job is finished, which is very helpful.

We'd experienced a leak into our basement possibly coming from the roof (after confirming our leak was not foundation based). A few years ago The Cutting Edge Roofing had re-shingled our roof and replaced our eavestroughs. We called them for an inspection, fully expecting to pay for the call. Nope, they didn't want to charge us. Jimmy arrived promptly, listened attentively, inspected and found evidence of water traversing the roof and a possible entry point, the plumber's stack. He caulked and we were good. We were past due for leaf guards. Got a quote and were confident about the product The Cutting Edge Roofing would install. Signed a contract and a few days later, the team arrived to install them. We're very pleased and unreservedly recommend The Cutting Edge Roofing.

A few years back, I had an unwanted guest (raccoon) attempt to break into my attic and failed, however, left a gaping hole in my shingles with exposed plywood as a result of his break in attempt. I called Rob from The Cutting Edge Roofing, and he came promptly and repaired the damage caused by the raccoon. Rob mentioned that my roof was on its last legs and needed to be replaced. He had also mentioned to me that he had done my neighbours roof years back (to which I had confirmed afterwards). I shyly told him some other time and we parted ways after the repair. Fast forward to a few months ago, I took a closer look at my roof and it was definitely in need of replacing. This said, I did my research and reached out to a few companies; one of the companies again, was The Cutting Edge Roofing (to which I completely forgot did the repair on my house the first time LOL). Rob was the only one who came to the site to form an estimate and not relying solely on satellite imagery from Google. I also spoke with my neighbour who confirmed that they had their roof done by Rob, and they were pleased with their work. After receiving multiple quotes from different shady roofing companies, or alike, I decided to go with The Cutting Edige Roofing with the 50 year warranty on the Owens Corning Shingles. We also considered the installation of a Skylight due to an upcoming Reno that will be done, and Rob suggested the use of a Sun Tunnel. We decided to go ahead with two of them and work started promptly on our property. Upon completion of work, a sweep was conducted by a rig with magnets to remove any nails on the ground and all debris was removed from my property. The house was as neat as when they had started the project. The sun tunnels that were installed brighten the hallway considerably and they do not leak (rained the night after the install). Overall, very happy with the worksmanship from The Cutting Edge Roofing. I can sleep comfortably knowing that the work was done right. If you are looking for a repair or replacement, I would recommend checking these guys out!

We are extremely thankful to Cutting Edge Roofing for replacing our roof. With the change in weather patterns, Toronto has seen more significant torrential rainstorms. Last year, our roof began to show its age with a few leaks. We got 3 quotes on both to repairing or replacing the roof. Cutting Edge Roofing was by far the best roofing company. With flying colours they met our in the 5Cs criteria, competency, competitive pricing, completeness, character and caring! Rob and Jimmy know roofing extremely well. They came out quickly to assess our roofing problems and thoroughly explained both options, to repair the areas leaking or to replace the roof. They told us that by we could get by for now by fixing the leaks but should replace the roof in the next year or so. We decided to first repair the leaks and that worked extremely well. However, with this summers frequent and heavy rain it was time to replace the entire roof. Our roof is somewhat complex with a combination of 2 peaked roofs with intersecting valleys, a mansard roof and 2 flat roofs. They came out again to review our needs and were very patient answering our many questions. This put our minds at ease. Their quote was very competitively priced and gave us a number of options with a great guarantee. From start to finish, both Rob and Jimmy were there doing the roofing themselves with their crew. They documented their work with pictures that helped us to see what needed to be done and what they did each step. Again, they took their time to explain things and answer our questions. They were also very respectful of our landscaping and made sure at the end of the day to remove all nails and other sharp metal objects. We now have a beautiful new and secure roofing system that will be able to withstand the rigors of the extreme weather and protect our home! Was informed by my new insurance company that my roof had to be replaced, so call Cutting Edge Roofing as they had done my neighbors home a few years ago. Robert was out the next day to quote me for the roof and the added flat over porch. Went over the job in detail and answered all my questions. Follow week Jimmy, Tyler and Robert were on my roof . Crew was very professional and respectful of the area and my neighbors. Job was completed in 2 days and looks great.
