I would highly recommend Robert and his crew at "The Cutting Edge Roofing". I had 4 different companies provide a quote to reshingle my roof and Robert was the only person to actually go up on my roof before providing his estimate. His estimate was fair and he provided multiple pictures of the roof and explained in detail what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. His crew was very professional and arrived exactly when they said they would. They also ensured that everything down below (including my new deck) was tarped properly for easy clean up. The entire job was completed in 1 day and the new roof looks amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

What can I say other than fantastic and very happy with Robert and his team! The crew were amazing to deal with and even took pictures as they worked to show me what they were doing and how they were installing my new shingles. They cleaned up everything perfectly before they left. I always say, hire the best and receive the best! This stands true for The Cutting Edge Roofing company. Many of the houses in our neighborhood were coming due for roof replacement. A friend down the street had Robert replace their roof. They were pleased with his service and workmanship so I asked for a quote from him and from several other companies. Robert was the only contractor to go up on the roof to examine it close up. He emailed me photos of the roof and pointed out the damages along with his opinion of what was required. Robert's quote was average from the several quotes that I received, however I felt his to be the most representative of the work required because he had been up on the roof and seen the damage up close. As a result I contracted him to do the work. I am very pleased with the results. His crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up after the job. The work was done as contracted along with several extras like painting the existing bare metal flashing to match the installed flashing. The work was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company.

After receiving estimates from 5 roofing companies, we decided to go with Robert from The Cutting Edge Roofing. He was the only one to actually go onto my roof for a full inspection. Robert is very knowledgeable, both he and his crew showed up on time and were great to work with. He took the time to answer all questions, showed us the material he was using and the options to consider, even brought a number of colour samples and helped us to choose the right shingle colour. For those looking to install a new roof, consider not only the quality of the shingle, but also whether your roofer is using ice and water shield, synthetic paper, replacing the metal valleys and vents. I found many were not. The Cutting Edge Roofing uses top quality material. They installed 6 feet of ice and water shield around the eaves of the house plus 3 feet in the valleys. They used synthetic paper in the rest of the areas, replaced all roof vents, and installed new metal valleys. Once you factor in the quality (and cost) of the material being used, you quickly realize that you are getting a high quality roof at a competitive price. The crew, lead by Jimmy, did a great job installing the new roof and I am very happy with the work completed. I would highly recommend The Cutting Edge Roofing.

Robert took the time to explain the process and answer questions. His team is thorough, dedicated to doing the job right the first time and respectful of your property. Robert and his crew re-shingled my roof and it looks fantastic! The clean-up was thorough and the job was done by 5.. hours earlier than originally forecast. The weather wreaked havoc on scheduling, but Robert was upfront about how weather would affect the job and was willing to accommodate my scheduling if needed.

I Charged my roof with Cutting Edge and they are simply excellent. They Came on time. Did he job in one day, left everything clean. And the roof is gorgeous. Robert is great. Three months later a I had to call him to check out the roof as I found a piece of metal in my backyard. Robert came in less than 8 hours. It was actually a part of my neighbours roof that had fallen.

We recently moved to a new house. Cutting Edge had re-roofed our previous place and done a great job. After a recent rain storm, I noticed the garage roof was leaking. I called Robert at Cutting Edge to see if he could assess the situation. He quickly assessed the problem and very kindly fixed it for no charge. I really appreciated the customer service and know that we will call Cutting Edge when we need to re-roof our new place. Thank you.

To say that we are thrilled with our new roof and the experience that we had with The Cutting Edge Roofing would be an understatement. We were petrified at the idea of needing to have our relatively intricate, yet deteriorating roof replaced so we started the process of obtaining quotes. We had a number of reputable roofing companies come out to quote but after speaking with Tracie-Marie and meeting Robert from The Cutting Edge Roofing we knew we had found the company we would use. Tracie-Marie gave us a great feeling about the company right from our first conversation, she was informative and confident. Robert then came promptly after we called and he went right onto our roof, took pictures and emailed them to us to show us all that we could not see. No need for us to take his word about the state of our roof as with pictures we had the straight up facts. He was quite booked so we knew we would be waiting for a couple of months so Robert did a temporary repair to hold us over - he did not ask for a cent up front. Robert spoke highly about other roofing companies, something that stood out to us. He and Tracie-Marie reassured us that their crews had been with them a long time and were very experienced which also gave us a sense of comfort. IT was obvious that Robert was extremely experienced, he gave us options from a number of high quality shingle manufactures and he explained the differences in quality and warranty clearly. He helped us choose a shingle that would be best for our house. He was beyond patient as we took weeks to decide on the colour - he even came one evening and placed samples on our roof in order to help us decide. He is a natural in dealing with customers. The crew came the day they had promised and they were amazing!! Our biggest fear was that we would be unhappy once the work started but it was the exact opposite. They were awesome. They laid tarps down around our house to catch any debris and cleaned up as if they hadn't been there. They were polite, pleasant and ridiculously hard working - SAFELY!! We had neighbours stop to inquire about the company as they too were impressed with the care the crew was putting into cleaning up and into keeping themselves safe while on our roof. Robert's quote was lower than all the others we had been given and the product quality and workmanship was top notch. We recommend The Cutting Edge Roofing from start to finish.
