Recently had my roof repaired and reshingled. Rob and Tracie are honest and wonderful people. From the time I received quote and met with Rob to the day when Rob and his guys showed up to do my roof I was impressed. Everything Rob said he would do was done. The guys were polite, hardworking and did an exceptional clean up job. My roof looks great! I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Never written a review before but I have compelling reasons to do so for these people. These guys finished the whole roof in a day, cleaned the mess in the hottest day of summer of my home/dental office.When finished at the end I thought they would collapse of exhaustion , instead they were smiling and joking. They like to work. Quick, responsive, accommodating, very professional, know very well what and how to do it and friendly, friendly, friendly. Although cost was rather reasonable it was irrelevant compared to the service provided. Thanks Robert & Crew

We lost a shingle and had some very intermittent leakage. These people were working on a neighbour's roof a few doors away and were able to replace our missing shingle and do some checking and caulking.All in all a good experience, and I would certainly consider them when it comes time to do the whole roof.

We engaged Robert in the Fall 2012 to replace the aging roof of our townhouse, he did exactly as he said, safeguarded the glass roof of the conservatory/sunroom, cleaned up the property when finished and did a fine job. Robert and his crew were very professional and completed the job on schedule. When the flashing was torn due to the very high winds in February 2013, his crew returned as soon as the winds subsided, repaired the damage and took further measures to avoid it recurring. It was a pleasure doing business with Robert.

After 18 years, my roof was in need of replacement. I searched out 4 quotes which varied considerably, but I did search for companies that were highly rated on Homestars. I decided to use Robert and The Cutting Edge because he was honest, easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and was always available when I called. I searched the shingles that he was using and knew I was getting a goid product. His team of 5 roofers arrived promptly at 8:30 am and finished the job with no difficulty. It was a pleasure dealing with the company and I would highly recommend them.

We had our old roof replaced with new O.C. Duration shingles. Robert and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. Robert and his crew really believe in customer satisfaction. They were very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. They came on time and cleaned up after they left. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I had my roof replaced in late Spring by Robert's team. The job needed to be completed by a deadline and The Cutting Edge was completely accommodating. As far as I can tell, it wasn't an easy job given I live in a flat roof row house on a decently busy street, but the crew was in and out without any mess or fuss. Robert seemed extremely knowledgeable with decent prices which was why I originally decided to go with them. However, the reason why I would HIGHLY recommend Robert and his team is that after few months during the winter, my roof was still leaking as the snow/ice melted during warm spells. I was obviously very unhappy. Robert was quick to respond and came out to inspect the roof the next day. He shoveled all of the snow off the roof and then came back on the weekend and worked an entire Sunday to make some changes and be sure things were taken care of properly. He suspected it was leaking through the brick and offered to come back in the spring to apply filler in the warmer weather. Really great service and a pleasant person to deal with.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job replacing the roof over my home and garage. It was obviously in need of some TLC and his crew came to the rescue. Afterwards, the clean-up of my yard and deck appeared as is nothing at all had taken place that day. Knowledge and experience along with a quality-first perspective was exactly what I was hoping for and I was not disappointed.

I called 5 different roofers in the area looking for a new roof for my home. 2 of them were people my friends said "would get me a good deal" and rob was the last guy i quote and within the first 5 minutes i was very taken back with how polite and wonderful rob was to work with, he spoke very intelligently he coached me on purchasing the right shingles and he gave me a fantastic price with the best warranty. it's hard to argue with a 10 year warranty on labor and a 30 year warranty on shingles. his team of guys have a great sense of humour, (i kind of scared them at first by making them think they started on the wrong roof when i got home) the guys cleaned up amazingly, they worked incredibly quick and they did a fantastic job! definitely worth a 10/10 !!

Robert and his team did an excellent job from start finish. They completed my roof in just 1 day and his team took great care to protect my garden and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Robert went above and beyond and added a downspout to protect an exposed area of the roof! He is focused on quality and it shows in his work! Highly recommended.
