    New roof and replaced sky-light

    Dealing with Robert Landry and his crew from Cutting Edge Roofing was a wonderful experience. Robert Landry is very straight forward and honest. He does not pressure you into hiring his company. He and his crew were punctual and completed the job in the timeline that was given. I would also like to comment on the fact that the "Cutting Edge Roofing" crew was very professional and did not use any profanity. This is very important as there are many children in my neighborhood and I didn't want them exposed to such language if they didn't have to be. I would recommend Robert Landry's company Cutting Edge Roofing to everyone. Thanks Robert and crew, it was a pleasure dealing with you. Great work!!

    Re-shingle roof plus skylight (2) replacement

    The experience with Cutting Edge and Robert was outstanding. To start the estimate was given personally from Robert just one day after the request. Despite the sudden rainfall his demeanor was positive and he took time to explain what exactly they would do and what type of product was best. The estimate itself was great and that was before the estimate given for replacing two skylights. Robert claimed it was no big hassle to install a couple skylights if they were re-shingling and said he would only charge for the cost of the skylights themselves and no additional cost for labour. While I cannot verify the exact cost of the skylights I'm led to believe he was serious as the other quotes given for the same branded skylights ranged from notably higher to outrageously higher. All the work was completed in one day by Robert and his crew without any issues. It was a pleasure to deal with Cutting Edge and anyone who needs work done on their roof is doing themselves a disservice if they don't call Robert for an estimate.

    Roof Repairs

    There was a major rainfall and as I walked thru my hallway I was stepping water. We looked on homestars and found the cutting edge They come hightly recommended,No disappointement here- Robert was amazing and worked the Friday of the long weekend to fix our leak- fast , quick , friendly and explained exactly what was wrong. We would highly recommend them to anyone that wants an honest, great job completed

    roof and eaves

    Robert provided excellent, prompt, quick service. Robert's assistance with product selection was greatly appreciated. Roofers did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed. I have already recommended The Cutting Edge Roofing to friends.

    Skylight replacement

    I was referred to Robert by another contractor who spoke very highly of Robert. Robert was prompt in returning my call. When he came to give an estimate I found him to be professional and very honest. He did not "oversell" me and recommended the best product but not the most expensive product for the job. When he came to replace the skylights him and his crew were fast and efficient. Robert took the time to show me and explain the issues so I would clearly understand what the problems were. I have had the skylights in for two months now and even through the heaviest of rains they have not leaked and look great! My only regret is that I did not use him to replace my roof last year!

    Replacing skylight and re-shingling front of roof

    I would definitely recommend the Cutting Edge roofers. They did a great job and we have had (finally!) no water come through our roof. Another company told us we had animal damage and charged us every time they came out to fix it. We trusted them but got suspicious when we kept getting water in our roof. Finally we called other companies to get another opinion and were amazed that it wasn't animal damage, but a problem with our skylight. We were most impressed with Robert because he was the only company that actually went up on our roof (in the rain!) and took pictures so that he could better explain the problem. He took the time to help me understand the problem and did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs. We went with him because of this and his past good reviews on Homestars. So far we have had no water problems at all (and this after two major torrential rain storms!). We would highly recommend him.

    Installed new shingles on my house and flat roof on the garage

    The cutting Edge was recommonded by a co-worker. They did a great job, the new roof looks very nice. The crew worked very hard through the hottest week of the summer to complete the job in two days.

    Full Roof Reshingling

    Recommended to me by my neighbor, their work and the overall experience were excellent. Robert did a fine temporary patch until he could get to the job. The work was fast & very neat with excellent clean up. Advised and improved ventilation as well as appearance of the house. Nice guys too.

    Installed new roof

    Rob was very helpful and professional, we had our roof done in 2008 and the company that did it went under and did a horrible job, we had leaks every where. Rob and his crew made it look good and the leaks have stopped. Fast reliable, service I would reccomend to anyone.

    Roof replacement

    We hired Cutting Edge Roffing to do our roof because Robert was the only person I met with that seemed interested in maintaining the character of my custom-built mid century home. I have some flat sections that are in good condition and didn't NEED replacing. Robert was the only roofer who said he'd cover the flats and ensure that they'd be protected during the shingle replacement on the peaks. Everyone else said I'd have to pay for the whole roof to be replaced (flats and peaks). His crew was polite and did a great job. It was surprising and refreshing to see Robert up there too getting his hands dirty. I have no problem recommending Cutting Edge Roofing and will certainly have them back in a few years to do my flats when they're ready. Great job Robert.
