    Furnace Service

    Michael was courteous, attentive, and explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. As it was a later in the day appointment he called ahead to give me his ETA which I felt was very professional.

    Furnace

    Very satisfied with the work that was done in replacing my furnace. There was no sales pressure and everything was explained in detail before My work was done. Highly recommend.

    Charged 3x the quote without consulting me

    I called in to book a cleaning based on advertised special pricing of 139- for furnace and duct cleaning. Was told it would be 175-. AFTER the service they simply sent a bill for 469-. Nobody tried to contact me to advise of the vast difference from the estimate. When i questioned it they offered 10% off future services. Feels like bad faith to me. How does "10% off" make up for the breach of trust when the last time I was charged almost 300% extra, without consultation? Does that mean next time you will only charge 290% more than the estimate?

    Hi Gail, As per our telephone conversation. We gave you and give all of our customers our pricing up front over the phone. Our pricing is listed on our website and in our advertisements. Our pricing is fair and competitive with other companies of similar stature. We offered a 10% discount off a future service because we care about customer retention and you were very upset. Not only did our booking agent give you the pricing but our technicians on site tried to call you and left you a voicemail but you did not return our call.

    Furnace installation

    Service was excellent, i had my furnace replaced a month ago, installation was great. Pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

    Duct cleaning

    Duct cleaning was not enough, flue gas is noticeable in the master room every time the furnace is working

    Smell of flue gas is still noticeable every time the furnace is working. I think the cleaning was not enough.

    Thank you for the feedback. If you are smelling gas it sounds like your furnace needs a repair and not a cleaning. We would be happy to send a repairman out to you. Please give us a call if you would like to book that in.
