    Duct cleaning & furnace replacement

    Replacing furnace igniter

    Duct cleaning

    Left some boot marks on chairs and cuts on the walls. We were warned that cutting the paint along the intake might cause damage. Wish I did it myself as we have a small gash now. We were a bit shocked with the price but the math worked out. One duct was missed. Service was polite.

    Great Service.

    They arrived on time. The furnace and ducting cleaners were were friendly and knowledgeable. The final charge was the same as the phone quote. Will use them again.

    Furnace repair - professional and efficient

    Have used them before and had excellent service so they were the natural choice when my furnace stopped working on New Year's Day. Suley arrived early after checking our availability, he diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what he was doing at each step. Reasonable pricing and great service, would use them again.

    Excellent competent service

    Our furnace was a lemon from the start. We were so grateful that our technician was able to offer us an affordable fix instead of replacing it altogether. He really went the extra mile, contacting the manufacturer and getting parts covered by them, even though the warranty had expired. Highly recommend!

    Emergency Furnace Repair

    Made the call in early AM on Christmas Eve having woken to a cold house with a high efficiency furnace not willing to fire up. Called Advanpro and actually got a live person with a pleasant demeanor who triaged the symptoms and scheduled a call that AM. Troy from Advanpro called within 2hrs and arrived shortly thereafter diagnosing the problem, fixing it and offering helpful advice to avoid future emergencies. Highly professional, efficient and great personalities by all Advanpro staff. Highly recommended.

    Furnace service

    My furnace was making a strange noise. I called Advan Pro. The technician listened for 5 seconds, didn’t touch the furnace and said you need a new motor, that will be $900. or you can get a new furnace for $6000 plus a new hot water tank will be needed for $2800 so it can vent out the chimney. He didn’t want to look at other venting options as it would need condo approval. I brought in another plumber later that day who took out the furnace filter and the noise stopped. It is fine now. Also said he could replace the motor if needed for $200. Wow, I almost spent $9000 that I didn’t need to. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

As per your above review it appears that our technician did properly diagnose the issue as the other tech you had in also quoted you on a motor replacement. Our prices are very competitive with other providers if you compare apples to apples. With aging furnaces we offer free quotes on furnace replacement options if the customer requests, which you did in this case, as repairs can become very costly and inconvenient.

    Chimney Cleaning

    We definitely recommend Advanpro. Pat & Brad did a fantastic job! We hadn't had the chimney cleaned for many years so it puts our minds at ease knowing it's safe now. It has never looked better! Excellent work! And Pat is very friendly!
