    Furnace and duct cleaning

    Didn't know where to start to find a company that could clean the furnace and ducts. Did some research and based on some good advice from a friend who recently used this company, decided to give it a go. I was very pleased with Kevin and Peter - they were courteous, friendly and efficient. They were running late from another job and kept me informed along the way. Great work gentlemen. I'd recommend this team to anybody

    Service on furnace and cleaning of ducts.

    The work was carried out punctually and efficiently. It was also done neatly. We were pleased.

    Calgary Furnace Cleaning

    Very disappointed with this company. My appointment was booked in for 11am, received a call from them at 10:40 asking me where I was and would I be on time. Normally, I wouldn't mind such a call, but the demand and annoyance that I wasn't there already somewhat irritated me. Received a call 10 mins later at 10:50am (note my appointment was scheduled for 11am) asking me if I would be there. Received yet another call 5 mins later at 10:55 asking me if I was there. The customer service was very rude - no respect for customer time and constantly rushing me when my appointment was clearly scheduled for 11am. there was definitely extra costs compared to advertised, however, they did explain and it was my choice to get the extra done. I was further disappointed as the tech was to send me a furnace quote and never did. I ended up following up a week later and was told the message would be passed along. Followed up a second time again and literally no response at all! Obviously the customer service wasn't there. Would not recommend and would never use this service company again.

    Cleaning ducts

    Work was done fast and good One worker has to put a smile on his face and when ducts are dirty it means we needed you to come :)

    Central Air Conditioner and Kitchen Hood Fan

    Have used AdvanPro twice . First time was with Adam when he came to my house to install a new kitchen hood fan. He was fast, courteous, and professional. Second time was with Orrin when he came over to do a quote and then came to installed central A/C. Advanpro had the best price for what I was looking for. I had many questions for Orrin and he was always patient, prompt, and insightful with his responses. Unbelievably he came to do the install on Canada Day. The install looked superb according to my electrician friend and he tidy everything up once he was finished. He even installed an Ecobee 3 Smart Thermostat that I bought from Best Buy.

    HVAC furnace cleaning.

    Air conditioning installation

    I ordered an AC installation, after quoting prices with other companies, and I do recommend this company. The installation was fast and professional, and the customer service is very good, as they are focused on answering your questions and solving any problem that you have. The technician who installed my AC and gave me further assistance (Orrin Esau) is a professional driven to perform the best work and to help you whenever you need.

    Furnace Servicing

    My furnace went out on a Friday of a long weekend. Called several furnace repair companies and all of them wanted me to either pay for an "after hours" service call or wait until the next business day which would be Tuesday after the long weekend. Advanpro showed up at my door at 7:30am on Saturday morning no 'after hours' fee and no wait. Their billing was very reasonable and their representatives and service techs were extremely informative and helpful! Highly recommend!

    Duct cleaning

    The guys were very fast, clean and thorough. Both were friendly and courteous as well. Very good service overall.

    Furnace cleaning

    We recently had Advanpro come to clean out our very old furnace. Leo and Kevin were a real pleasure. They were fast, efficient and explained what they were doing as they went along. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
