Encore was fantastic to work with, from initial quotation right through to job completion. I would definitely recommend them to anybody contemplating a large or small job, I certainly will go back.
We had planned to re-paint the entire home, and remove the stucco and refinish the ceilings on the second floor. Upon the initial consultation with Lauren, she made great suggestions on colours and let us know about their cabinetry repainting and fireplace restaining which is not something we considered previously, but after seeing the results we are thrilled with the results. She was on time, friendly and available whenever we needed to speak with her after the initial sales consult. Throughout the whole process she was flexible on helping us adjust plans, make additions and removals from the scope of the job and transparent in pricing.
Once the job commenced, we met our lead painter Ben and his crew who were on site prepping. They were all very respectful of the workplace which is our home. He paints just as well as he sings, and the results speak for themselves below.
During the job, Leo on production was great to work with. He was always punctual when we had a meeting on site scheduled. In addition, once the majority of the work was completed and we were doing walk throughs, he gave us the impression that no detail was too small to be corrected. He usually found other defects that we ourselves never would have noticed. Closer to completion, he was very helpful in helping us sort out the garbage issue by rolling up his own sleeves to lend a hand. He was always available to help, often reaching out to us on weekends. There were many items that we were not sure about, and he was patient and helpful in providing us popular options and suggestions. Throughout the job, it was apparent he cared about the final product.
We also had a pony wall in the main living space that divided two rooms that we requested to have demolished and patched. Rohan their handyman did a fantastic job. After the demo and patching, its impossible to tell it ever happened. Even the baseboards as well as the crowns were perfect.
Long story short, Encore has amazing staff who are super helpful and can handle many other side jobs at the same time as painting. As their name suggests, we will not hesitate to call them back for future work. Thank you Encore!
