This is the second time we have hired Mark and his assistant Paul from A McKenna Plumbing. They are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, prompt and very professional. We had 3 toilets (purchased from a supplier Mark had recommended), a kitchen faucet replaced and a new laundry faucet and sink installed and connected to the plumbing in this one visit. Mark also took care of the toilet disposal. Mark also readily diagnosed why we weren't receiving any hot water. He determined that our mixing valve connected to the hot water was the problem and we had him replace it as well. Thanks to Mark and Paul we now have the luxury of experiencing hot water again. Mark goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is done properly. He takes the time to explain everything at the beginning and at the end. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. It was just a pleasure to have them and could not believe how fast the work was done. We really appreciate a job well done. We will not hesitate to refer them to our friends and family and know that we will call Mark again in the near future. Thanks again Mark for everything.

Mark and his crew arrived at the agreed time and got right to work. They removed the old kitchen faucet and installed the new unit. The lower bathroom faucet leak was fixed but they advised that the upper should be replaced . Mark monitored the work continually to ensure everything was done correctly. The work was completed quickly and Mark explained their company philosophy ( do the work right the first time and stand behind your work. I had a problem with a kitchen sink leak which was quickly diagnosed as simply a loose faucet nut which they quickly repaired at no charge They do have a minimum house call charge which they waived. They are honest and courteous people and I would highly recommend them. Des Mullin Oakville

We bought an older home and we needed to have galvanized pipes replaced. Mark McKenna (found him on this site!) was AWESOME. Not only were Mark's prices the most competitive, he offered helpful advice on our plumbing questions. Mark arrived on time and worked very hard, each time he was at our home. He and his assistant made minimal mess (even thought they had to cut away a lot of drywall and plaster). The best service of all was they repaired the plaster! So when they were done, it was like they were never there...except we now had water upstairs!! Professional, clean, friendly, and efficient. Very fair prices! We will recommened A. McKenna plumbing to all of my friends and family - big or small jobs.

We had a major leak in our house 2 days before our vacation and it was very severe. We came across this company via recommendation by our close friends.
