Impressed with the service; called for an estimate and got an immediate response. The guys are friendly and trustworthy. Had a minor issue, which they came back to resolve immediately. Am confident that any other issues will be dealt with under warranty and would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Plan to call again next time we're looking for a plumber.

We had the guys from A. McKenna Plumbing in to move the drain and water service for our kitchen remodel (moved from a wall to the middle of the room for an island). They showed up on time, and completed the job quickly. Once the island was installed, the guys showed up to install the sink and faucet. They were clean, quick, professional, and I felt comfortable having them in my home. I will definitely use their services again, and will recommend them to friends and family.

A connector piece of plumbing for the main floor drainage system fell off and all the water from a shower that morning leaked through and poured through the basement ceiling. As I had just finished a partial reno of the basement after mold remediation work had been done this was just devasting. I found McKenna Plumbing in the directory and looked them up on Home Stars and saw some good reviews. I called and them came promptly and did a great job for a fair price. They also pointed out some issues they saw up in the ceiling from a previouse reno (that weren't even plumbing related but safety issues). Did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Very friendly, efficient.

It is very hard to find trustworthy trade people thise days. I found A. McKenna Plumbing off the internet and because of great reviews decided to give them a try. Mark & his crew arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away and got to work. They are very professional, did a superior job on the drywall & plumbing. Greyhound bolted from rear garden through gate and caught outside tap on wall. Pipe sheared flush with wall so access from inside the house behind drywall to do the repair. Pipe replaced isolation valve fitted drywall repaired area left clean and tidy. Response time as water was coming in the house . 45 minutes ! Also called city water engineer to replace main stop valve in house as valve was passing. Must say quality of drywall repair was superior, very professional job all round. Thanks! (oh and the nutty greyhound hobbled the rest of the day but is absolutley fine now and has just had a 30 minute walk !)

After reading so many great reviews I decided to call A.McKenna Plumbing for an urgent leaking faucet. Mark answered my call right away, diagnosed the issue and scheduled an appointment for a couple hours later. He showed up on time and was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I could not be more pleased with my experience and would recommend Mark and his team to any of my family members or friends. Money well spent.

I find it extremely hard trusting trades people when they are recommended from friends, we've had so many terrible experiences finding people that way. I needed a plumber and went to the internet to find out who other people recommended, figured it would be the best way to get an HONEST answer. I found quite a few great reviews for A. McKenna so I decided to give them a call and get an idea about pricing & when they would be able to come out. They were very reasonable with their installations costs and we even purchased a toilet directly from them to make it easier and cost effective. They were out in a couple days, at the time they said they would be and my washroom looks amazing. They let me know what they were doing and how long it would take, and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a home owner ask for. I'm extremely happy with the service they provided and promised to write a review of my own so I could pass the word around. Thanks guys!!

In order to install new hardwood throughout the main floor I needed to remove the dishwasher, bathroom sink and toilet. Mark and his assisstant helped with the removal of those items and when the flooring was in they reinstalled the existing dishwasher and install new bathroom fixtures, sink, taps, vanity, and toilet. What sets McKenna apart is how they handled an issue that arose. As it turns out the toilet we originally purchased ourselves didn't fit due to placement of the plumbing, so Mark's team acted quickly finding a replacement in less than an hour and got it installed just as quick. Their fast action and knowledge saved us countless hours measuring toilet bases to find one that would fit and delaying the project further. Their work is top notch, and they are very professional. They arrive when scheduled and their prices are very reasonable. It's the second time I've used their services and I've been happy both times. Two thumbs up!

We have had an odd smell coming from our kids bathroom since we moved into our 35 year old home last year. I called McKenna Plumbing to come out and take a look and suggest some course of action. They came within 48 hrs, had a look at my entire system in the from basement to upper level and suggested that the smell was coming from years of build up in the drain and I was too go to a plumbing store and purchase drain and sinck cleaner, thats all. They did not charge me for the visit or their travel time to my house. Both guys were very professional, knew their stuff and I would recommend and use them myself again. Thanks McKenna!
