    First Floor Renovation to Open Concept Floor Plan

    Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He accommodated multiple design changes, brought a lot of good suggestions to the process, and arranged for city permits in short order. We would happily recommend him for similar jobs.

    Drawings for building permit of residential home

    This was our first home renovation project and we were not too sure what to expect. We previously spoken with other architects who we didn't feel very comfortable with for various reasons (etc. high prices tags, for small scope of work). We got Alex's name from a contractor who knew of others who had used him in the past. We found him to be very responsive and very organized. Online tools make for modern-day, no-nonsense - easy to understand approach. No complaints what so ever. Would work with Alex again for future projects.

    Drawings for Basement Reno

    Easy to work with, flexible, reasonable, its not important to BE perfect as much as it is to be willing and able to correct and adapt along the way to ensure the right design/drawings - thx.

    Excellent Design drawings

    My husband and I have enjoyed working with Alex at Cadaxx. His 3D designs of our proposed reno (including a new 3rd floor), really helped our vision come to life. He has delivered what we needed on time and on budget. His drawings helped us be successful with the committee of adjustments, as well to secure our building permits without any issue. We highly recommend his services. (Toronto, 2017)

    Architectural design and permit application

    I've worked with Alex and CadaxxDesign several times. The experience has been easy, to the point, and efficient. I felt comfortable asking questions and resolving our tasks to the best of everyones abilities. I highly recommend working with CadaxxDesign for all projects, going from design to permit approval. It was also easy to find solutions for other issues with a network of professionals that Alex was happy to provide for me. Thank you, and as always, pleasure doing business!

    Couldn't be Happier

    I read reviews online and due to the great reviews thought I would consider meeting with Cadaxx. After evaluating 7 other designers I chose Cadaxx and must say I couldn't be happier. I met Alex and he was very professional, and you can tell he was passionate in his work. Alex has extensive knowledge in the design space and his attention to detail and recommendations guided me in making the right decisions. His team was always quick to respond to any of my concerns and always followed up to keep me in the loop. Every interaction with Caddaxx has been a pleasant one. Obtaining the building permit had some of its challenges, but not with Caddexx but rather the city being difficult. Alex did not get frustrated and calmly walked me through the entire process. Many designers don't assist you in this way through obtaining the building permit. They advise you to apply and get permit yourself. This may be a challenge if you are not familiar with the entire process. Alex and team have been great from start to end! I would highly recommend Caddaxx for any custom design needs. My project was a demolition and new custom build 3400 sqft home. thanks Caddexx!

    Garage reno designs

    Alex was great to work with. He had good knowledge of the city permits rules, was very responsive to all my questions, and turned around the designs and modifications very quickly. I had no problems getting the permits based on his designs and he even did the applications on my behalf. I would recommend his services.

    New home addition

    We recently had the pleasure of working with Alex on a large renovation involving building a two story addition and gutting the existing house. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Cadaxx. Alex had some outstanding architectural and design ideas and came up with plans that were innovative and suited our needs perfectly. He helped us successfully navigate the complexities of getting city and TRCA permits, and represented us at the committee of adjustments. We probably would not have been able to move forward with this project if not for all his help and expertise. Alex has been extremely patient and flexible about making changes to the plans as we went along with the project, and he worked very quickly and efficiently to update the plans as needed. Communication with Alex and his team, Shoshi and Sandra, was always a pleasure. The entire team was very professional, friendly and responded to our questions and requests in a timely manner. Overall, we have had an excellent experience with Cadaxx and would be happy to recommend this company to any potential clients.

    Outstanding Customer Service

    Alex helped us design our custom home by developing clear and accurate drawings and he helped us secure our permits in 2015. Recently, as our project was nearing completion, we needed some revised drawings and calculations to support some minor modifications. We called Alex and he was immediately responsive, going back in his archives to retrieve the data we needed. Alex was willing to help without hesitation, helping us see our project to the end. We greatly appreciate his commitment to customer service.

    Great Service, Fast Work, Top Quality

    Cadaxx took over from a previous designer who was unable to complete the work. They came in, took accurate and thorough measurements, asked good questions, and produced excellent drawings. The permit was approved right away with no pushback from the inspector, in large part due to the thoroughness of the drawings.
