Had a fantastic experience with Cadaxx Design getting the floor plans, interior, and exterior elevations needed for our permit! We had on-going communication through email and phone calls in regards to what was needed, and Alex walked us through each step. Cadaxx also submitted our drawings to the city for approvals, making them the perfect one stop shop. Would highly recommend them to others in the future!

Alex helped us with the building permit for our recent house renovation. He did a great job and we got our permit very fast. During the renovations we needed to make an amendment to our permit and this was taken care very fast. I highly recommend Alex and Cadaxx.

If you are looking for price and value, well-trained eye for design and functionality, experience, flexibility and good collaborative skills, Cadaxx Design is the one for you. We engaged Alex and Shoshi of Cadaxx Design in the pre-renovation planning, permitting and design work for our basement this Fall (Phase 1). They did our residential house plan and design for a new exterior, revised floor plans for both the main floor and basement, secured city permits, helped in the selection of finish materials (paint, tiles, floor and vanity) and with supplier recommendations. We found them both very easy to work with. We appreciated their ability to listen and interpret exactly what we required. We were impressed with their responsiveness and quick delivery. The end result is a brand new downstairs space which is beautifully finished, incredibly livable, much brighter and modern looking. It truly reflects our taste and what we wanted our basement to look and feel like. We can’t wait to work with them again and get the Phase 2 of our project underway!

Alex completed the working drawings , provided engineering reports and dealt with changes in a professional and timely manner .This is the 2nd project he has done for me and we continue to work on various projects .

Alex came by quickly to provide a reasonable quote and answer questions throughout the process. He was also there throughout the permit process to ensure the paper work is complete. We used his team to help design our future dream home.
