We needed to remove a wall in our house to build a kitchen island. Alex arrived on-time for the appointment, did his measurements, discussed our needs and put the drawings together without any hassle. He came back to discuss our options before submitting the plan to the city and within a few days he was back with our permit in hand. During the project he was in touch with our contractor and made sure everything went smoothly per plan. Just awesome!

I started with Alex and his Team for a 4 plex reno (in progress) and will not hesitate to recommend his work. He has taken care of everything from the original drawings, CoA drawings and application fees, all the way to the final permits. We are currently working with his designer on bathroom and kitchen detailed layouts, along with whole house lighting plans. There has never been a time when I have had to chase Alex and his Team for their deliverables and they have always exceeded my expectations.
