We were looking to do a major addition to our home and were referred to Alex and his team by our contractor. We were fairly short on a timeline for design and applications but Alex was terrific. He gave us a quote for the whole job including design, zoning and permit application and carried us through the whole process, exactly as quoted. He was quick to respond to questions and changes either from us or the City and we are now on our way with construction. We would highly recommend Alex and Caddax.

Cadaxx designed the second floor addition to our bungalow, the new main floor, and managed acquiring the zoning certificate and building permits. They were extremely professional and helpful, very timely and creative. They listened to our needs, made suggestions and really worked with us to ensure we were happy with the design of our home. They always kept us up-to-date, and responded to any questions or comments in an extremely timely fashion. We have been waiting for years to renovate our 1970 Bungalow and finally decided to do it. We needed an architect to add an addition in the back for more space and better flow and are so happy we hired Alex and his team. Alex and his professional team with their ideas have showed us how much potential our home always had. From our first meeting Alex made us feel we made the right decision. Two years ago we renovated our basement and needed plans and drawings of the whole house for the permit application. Alex was very quick and efficient in getting the CAD drawings done. Once we had underpinned and demo'd a wall in the basement, I had a change of vision in the plans for the basement. Alex quickly revised the plan so we could get a revised permit with virtually no delay to the project. This spring we decided to redo the backyard and needed a digital copy of the plans - our landscaping contractor emailed Alex to ask for it and got a copy immediately. Alex sent his digital plans on short notice from a 2yr old job - this is excellent service in my opinion. I would not hesitate to hire Alex again for our next project.
