We had a very positive experience with Cadaxx Design and particularly with their designer Sarah. She provided all the details for us, recommended the contractor that we liked a lot and followed up on every step along the process. Despite popular believe that building drawings, permits and the whole process takes long time our balcony was finished much faster than we expected.

It is a long overdue review. Alex designed the addition for my house in 2019. He also took care of everything from Structural, HVAC and CoA meeting as well. During the design phase he also accommodate our needs so many times. We only came to the final solution after 5 (or more) designs that he gave us. He also went extra miles during the construction phase whenever we needed to clarify or modify anything, he responded promptly and provided solutions to solve the issues. Please note that the helps was provided after the work had been paid. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

This is the second time we have chosen Alex to make design for our project in legalizing one basement. Actually this is quite detail-demanding project and we have been back and forth with a lot of questions and request from the city permit examiner such as the fire separation and sound proof...... Alex has shown great patience and his knowledge to get all the questions clarified and design updated. Finally we have got our approved permit from the city. We are quite happy with Cadaxx's design and would like to recommend them to my friends.
