    Room addition project

    We had an aging one storey addition built in the early 80s and rather than try to refurbish it, we had Alex design a new structure to replace it from the foundation up. Alex provided all the drawings, including structural, as well as guidance so that we could obtain committee of adjustments approval and building permits without any issue. We did have a couple of contractor clarification questions and Alex always responded back promptly. We're very happy with how the project has turned out. Our vision has become a reality thanks to Alex.

    Building drawings and permits

    Alex helped me to make the drawings and the building permits for a bunkie art studio in my property. I highly recommend him for any kind of job regarding construction drawings in order to comply with Municipalities requirements, Ontario Building Code, and so on. Dealing with Municipalities Authorities is a nightmare even for people like me with an architectural background. Alex is very professional and proficient. He was able to do and follow the whole process to get the permits approved promptly and with the right cost. I' m really satisfied with his work. He is very reliable and honest. Don't hesitate in contacting him.

    Drawings for semi detached in TO

    Alex was great! Easy to work with and always responded promptly. We will definitely use him again. He helped us work through some very heavy design changes during a big pivot in the midst of COVID.

    Satisfied With the Service Alex Provided

    We worked with Alex to update designs that had been done by the previous home owners for a planned renovation. I found Alex easy to work with and helpful in answering my many questions. He was prompt to reply to us and kept us up to date as we waited on the permit application with the city. Would recommend.

    Drawings & Permit Applications

    Alex & his team did an incredible job working with my wife and I to draw out our dream home. His work was done quickly and effectively. He was patient with our changes and revisions. Then when it came to permits the process went flawlessly and we received them very quickly. Would strongly recommend Alex to anyone who needs help kicking off a project.

    Architectural Services

    My wife and I hired Alex to prepare drawings for a building permit for a major renovation. Alex and his team at Cadaxx were professional, prompt and reliable. They produced some great floor plans from their initial site visit and had great suggestions and ideas. Also helped coordinate with structural and mechanical engineers as well as the City. Would highly recommend Alex and his team at Cadaxx for those in search of architectural services.

    House Extension Plans and Interior Design

    We are adding a garage and a second floor for our semidetached house. As this was our first large project we were happy to have Cadaxx Design on our side. We have asked for a lot of changes and went back on those a number of times. We were met with a lot of patience and good advice. Interior design for our new bathroom and lights were completed as well.

    floor plans

    Alex and his team at Cadaxx were professional, prompt and reliable. They produced some excellent floor plans from their initial site visit and make a couple minor revisions based on our needs. We've now worked with many contractors during our renovations and Cadaxx were definitely one of the ones we are recommending to friends. Actually, they were recommended to us by our friends so I feel pretty safe in saying the quality of their work speaks for itself.

    Family Room Addition

    Alex and his team did an amazing job on the architectural drawings for our family room addition and full house remodel. From the initial onsite meeting Alex was helpful with ideas and direction for the addition and organized the trades that were needed to apply for permits. He was always available to answer my numerous questions and collaborate with us to design the space exactly how we had hoped. The drawings and 3D renderings were very helpful in showing the final vision. I would highly recommend Cadaxx Design!
