    Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

    Diamond Aluminum was responsive, professional and very easy to work with. I had called roughly 10 aluminum companies to provide a quote for a fascia repair on my home. Diamond Aluminum was the only company that provided me with fast professional service and excellent customer service. I will use them for all aluminum work going forward.

    Eavestrough Cleaning

    We are very happy with the work done by Diamond Aluminium at our home (Clearing the gutters of leaves and other debris). The person they sent was very professional and did a thorough job. He also cleared the roof of other debris like branches and twigs. He did this meticulously and also cleaned up at the end. Very happy with their service and will surely contract them in the future as well.

    Eaves, soffits,fascia,leaf guards

    Very nice installation, had problem with rain leaking between eaves trough and fasia after it was done. They came out the next day to try to repair or rectify the problem. They calked a low area at my request. Ray said my problem was with the leaf guard not letting water in fast enough during down pours, part of having the leaf guards. Turns out after I inspected the installation myself that several gaps in the trough and leaf guard where allowing water to leak behind the trough and fascia and one drill hole ,where a screw was installed and removed let water in behind through this open hole. I personally calked these areas myself and the leak problems have been fixed . Over all they look good although I think the front troughs are sloped too aggressively.

All of our work comes with a 5 year labour warranty - had you contacted us, I would have sent someone out promptly to rectify the leak for you, as it is our responsibility to make sure your eavestrough system are working optimally. The slope of the eavestrough is sometimes due to the number and location of downspouts.     Aluminum fascia

    I hired Diamond for a second time, this time to replace the aged and damaged aluminum around my bay windows. They were able to schedule my install quickly, and Ray came by to do the job as promised. He went above and beyond and the job looks great. Once again, very happy with their work and price!

    Fascia / Capping

    I spoke to Ray and Lindita last week on Thursday to arrange a small job for my house. They were very courteous over the phone and in person. Ray promised he'd do the job in a week's time and he was bang on. Ray did the capping on my balcony for my new rails and I'm very satisfied with the finished product. Ray and his employee were friendly and completed the job on time. And the best thing - he comes up to Caledon/Bolton. A lot of companies think Bolton is as far away as Edmonton and don't want to take jobs up there so I would definitely recommend Ray for anyone looking for someone who needs Aluminum work done. Thanks Ray.

    eavestrough,soffit&fascia

    Complete makeover with eaves,soffit & fascia done by Mike & Nino both experienced pro's that paid attention to details.(eg.sloping),They were courteous & & engaging. Ray's follow up & clean up was first rate. It was a pleasure doing business with Diamond, Dave & Inge Roach

    Siding

    Diamond Aluminum installed vinyl and aluminum siding at my home, as well as soffits & fascia for my rear addition, and a new downspout. The install crew was friendly and did a fine job. The siding looks great! They also came quickly to address a couple of minor concerns I have. I'm very happy with their service and would call them again.

    Siding Installation

    I am very pleased with the work that Diamond Aluminum did on my home. The service was excellent! I had the aluminum siding, soffit and eaves trough replaced. Both Ray and Mike were exceptional in meeting my needs. Mike took the time to go over the different colours to choose on the computer with me. Ray told me that the work would start within 2 to 3 weeks. They started in 2 weeks. He also said it would take 3 to 5 days to complete. The guys had it done in 3 days. The house looks amazing! The neighbours who commented on it said it looks so nice and that I had chosen the perfect colour. One family member didn't think at first that I should have it done. They thought I should just have the old siding repaired. When it was completed, he said it looked like a brand new home. The clean up was excellent. There was never a mess left each day and the guys working on the house were great. I am so pleased with the job the guys did on my home and I highly recommend Diamond Aluminum for your siding, eaves trough and soffit needs. I would give Diamond Aluminum a rating of 10/10.

    Eavestrough, soffit and fascia

    Diamond Aluminum’s price was reasonable and competitive, but there was something about Ray that I particularly liked, so we decided to give him our business.He was professional, straightforward, and very honest. Ray and his crew arrived on time, worked digliently, did NOT cut corners and were friendly and polite. Ray came by and made sure everything was complete to perfection. I feel that Ray appreciates quality, and it reflected in his service and in Diamond Aluminum's crew. Also Diamond Aluminum’s administrator Lindita was amazing! I can not thank them enough!

    PVC capping around window

    I requested a quote for a small job from 4 companies and Lindita sent me a quote in minutes. The other vendors got back to me later but their quotes were way off. Ray came by with a sample and answered all my questions, shook hands and the deal was done. The job was done promptly and it really looks great. Between Lindita in customer service and Ray doing the installation, they make a great team and I would call them again. I highly recommend Diamond Aluminum.
