I had a small job, just replacing 30' of eavestrough along the front of the house, along one side of the garage and a downspout. Ray and his crew arrived when they said they would, did the job quickly, and it looks great. I'll be giving them a call in the spring to finish the rest of the house.

I would highly recommend Diamond Aluminum as the company was very professional, efficient and price right. From the first time we met Ray, he was kind, patient and professional. He was able to give us many options to fix our problem from different price point. Because the price to repair the whole house was very reasonable compared to the 3 other companies that I got quotes from we decided to repair all of the eavestrough, sofits and fascia. Ray explained everything in detailed and the quote he gave me was exactly what we paid for. There was no hidden or surprised extra charges. Eventhough we were not home to supervise the work being done, Ray had ensure us that it was okay and he would get the job done right. The work was completed in 3 days which was great as we didn't want to disturb our neighbours. Overall, excellent service, great price for great quality. In addition, I really appreciate that Ray would always return my calls within minutes and Lindita always called to give us an update or follow up. I wish all companies would work the same and honest way like Diamond Aluminum does. It is a hidden gem and I am glad I found them after 3 other companies. My first encounter with Diamond Auminum was last year in July 2011, when Ray came to do the estimate. I had the work actually done this year in June 2012 and surpisingly Ray honoured the original price quoted. My reasons for choosing Diamond Aluminum will become obvious. Ray was professional, highly knowledgable and very thorough. Tell me how many companies show you all the product (including brackets, screws, downpipe seals, etc.) used in their installs. Ray did when he came over? Noone else did who quoted and I could see that Ray's product was high quality stuff. Ray's price was not the cheapest nor the most expensive and you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal in regards to value, quality and service. Every fine detail and point we discussed, was confirmed to me by email as part of the quote. I was present during the first day of the installation but couldn't be there on the second day and there were 2 very critical installation areas which I had forgotten to discuss in detail with Ray. I was amazed at how Ray did the work in those areas. The gutter splash guard was also a pleasant surprise. All this shows how conscientious Ray is about quaity workmanship. They say that the customer is always right, but I wouldn't bet on it. You can't lose if you ask Ray for his opinion, advice or recommendation. He's a goldmine full of excellent, logical suggestions. I'll end off with one more plus for Diamond Aluminum and I'm sure it's an important one for a lot of people. It's called service. While washing the windows after the install, my wife showed me a couple of areas that could use a minor adjustment. I called Ray to have this corrected whenever his crew was near my area again. This was done the very next day. What else can anyone say? Recommend Diamond Aluminum? Absolutely.

I hired Diamond Aluminum almost immediately after meeting with the owner Ray. He was 10 minutes early for our appointment, friendly, courteous and definitely knew his stuff. He was not the first quote I received, but he was the most professional from all the people I had met. I usually like dealing with smaller companies because the owners are more involved and care about their work and company image - this was exactly the case with Diamond Aluminum. The price was reasonable and the quality was top notch. The crew cleaned up well after the installation. My house looks great, and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.
