Fara Fathy called my home because of the trouble light on my alarm system which required a battery replacement. We discussed renewing our contract and she was extremely helpful in explaining my options and was knowledgeable when answering all my questions. We are very satisfied with the service received to date from Deluxe Alarms and have renewed our contract for 5 years and changed to wireless system!

Every time we contact Deluxe Alarms we have encountered very helpful, and friendly customer service. Recently we called to have one of our window contacts checked as well as have an insurance certificate sent. Liz was very prompt in arranging for both tasks to be completed.

I moved into a new home this year after 18 years and was overwhelmed with all the new connections and installations that is required in a new home. Deluxe Alarms made it so easy and Amanda was so helpful and answered all my question efficiently and effectly. Thanks Amanda.

We needed to get another pin pad and get the basement windows connected to the alarm system again so we called Deluxe Alarms where Fara helped us out. She was able to get us the pin pad and the extra alarms on the windows for free if we went on contract with them for 3 years (which turned out to be cheaper than what we were already paying). Fara was a great help and the man who installed the pin pad and extra alarms on the windows was a great help in showing us how to use the alarm system. Great work guys! I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Deluxe Alarms to anyone.

The installation was done on time. The coordination was done by Liz and we are completely satisfied. Liz explained everything on our visit to the office and had no problem answering our many questions. We would have no problem recommending this company to others.

I am currently in the process of settling into a new home and my provider for security, garage doors, tv/cable connections will be completed by Deluxe Alarms. Since my first visit to the company and all of my phone contact the service provided to me has been above and beyond. Liz and the team have been wonderful, helpful, assisted in reducing the stress and have been very professional every step of the way. I recommend the Team to all Home Owners.

We recently had our home security installed. The installer, Carlos, was extremely professional and very informative. He did a fantastic job and we feel that he went over and above the call of duty !! Thanks Carlos !

At first I was hesitant to purchase an alarm system. After speaking with the agent, Sherisse. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly in terms I could understand. I purchase the system at a great price, great service and this is exactly what I needed for my family. I could not be happier with this purchase and with deluxe!!

From the initial contact with Deluxe Alarms the service has been fantastic! I had several questions and Amanda was very patient with me. She was full of great tips and suggestions. She was very professional and would return my calls in a timely manner. The alarm installer was very pleasant to work with. He cleaned up after himself was took the time to explain how to use the alarm. He showed us short cuts and was very helpful. I've been with Deluxe for the last seven and a half years and they have been great. Even back when I was an early adopter of VOIP technology and not many had the experience of connecting security alarms to VOIP systems, their technicians were quite dedicated in getting it to work. My latest experience in the transfer of service to another address was very smooth, thanks to the excellent and prompt service of Sherisse, the customer service rep who made the whole process a wonderful experience.
