i found this company last year. And just in time. I have had other snow removal company before, and they show up a day or two later after the storm. Now my parking lot is plowed and salted before 8 in the morning and every time it was cleared 8 hr after it stopped snowing. very professional and clean work. Thank you! and i will see u next year.

I find them responsive with snowplowing. One of the tenants did not. I think that they should do repeat visits because the snow builds up. The customers want more check ins.

I have had a few contracts with them for a few years now. They are reliable and have good service too. I would also definitely recommend them to other people.

I hired them for snowplowing for the winter. We have a public sidewalk that they plow. So far, so good. I also receive email updates from them often which I like.

We hired Monster Plow to clear the snow for our townhouse complex. The contract price was competitive enough, closer to high mid range from all otehr bids, and asking around did not reveal any significant issues. Little did we know, but constant slow response times and sloppy service after they arrive on the premises made this "service" to be an absolute worst service we had in the last 17 years. I never heard so many (and so often) complains from the owners before. We'll definitely never use their so called "services" or recommend this company to anyone.

I appreciate the prompt service you provide in clearing and salting the designated areas of my property. I am also impressed with the regular communications you provide to your clients by email. The regular updates on weather conditions and clearance scheduling keep me informed and ensure I can put away my Jeep so it doesn't is interfere with your snow plows. When I've alerted you that I had an event at my home, you have ensured that my property got priority service so footing would be safe for my guests. Well done!

I've hired Monster for the past two years for my business location and couldn't be happier with the service. Any emails I've sent with questions or concerns have been responded to within hours. Monster plowing services our large parking lot, several city sidewalks and a number of staircases. They have been attentive, timely and thorough, even with the erratic weather (flash freezes and heavy snowfalls) we have been having this year. Special thank you to service manager George Armstrong who continues to provide support and excellent customer service. Will be signing again next year.

UPDATE: After posting my last review with a 1 rating, the guys at Monster addressed my concerns, were very communicative and responsive, and resolved my issues. Thanks guys. I hired Monster Plow based on all of the positive reviews that I'd read online. But unfortunately, the level of service I've received this year hasn't been anywhere close to what others have written. I don't know if they contract the work out to a local team or what, but they routinely show up days after a snowfall, and once they do show up they do a quick 5 minute job and don't clear areas that I paid to have cleared, plus they have forgotten to put down green ice melt several times. I've had to contact them three times to have them come back to do a proper job, and on one occasion I was actually told that they couldn't come because the crew had to rest before the next snowfall. I'm paying more than double what I paid my last snow removal company, and I figured given the price, the work would be so much better, but that's not the case. I'm guessing the customers getting proper service are paying extra as a priority client.

We contracted Monster Plowing for seasonal snow removal for the first time this year. They are punctual, efficient and reliable. Whether it has been a small snowfall, or a big dump like yesterday's, they have done their job just as we had asked. We are very happy with their service. To me, it's all about the customer service.
