I used Monster's snow plowing service for two years and found them to be reliable, consistent and professional. Snow was cleared within the time frame specified in the contract and I experienced good response times when I called with questions. I found Mikhail to be very professional and accommodating with my changing circumstances during last year's winter.

We were VERY pleased with the service Monster Plowing provided last winter! After requesting a quote we had our quote within a day complete with a drawing of the plan of our house clearly detailing the proposed service. Our contract included plowing of our driveway and hand shoveling the front steps and sidewalk as well as the application of green melter. The communications the company sent out by e-mail when snow storms were forecasted was very useful and the proactive measures taken in advance of severe storms (application of green melter) was much appreciated. The snow was always cleared when the snow was 1 inch or more (sometimes even when it may not have been quite 1 inch!) and the peace of mind it gave us, particularly knowing we didn't have to shovel ourselves, was priceless. We never had to worry about whether the company would show up to clear the snow. A very reliable and professional snow removal service! We have already signed up for this year.

I have serious physical restrictions that limit my ability for strenuous outdoor work, like shovelling snow. Monster Plowing Co. not only plows driveways, etc., but they also shovel walkways, narrow laneways, etc., that plows cannot access - a service that is essential for someone like me. They provided timely and professional service during the past winter season, and I have no hesitation in contracting with them again this season. I would highly recommend them to all homeowners, especially now that they provide three levels of service depending on the urgency with which the client needs his/her snow removed (e.g., before or after 8 am). This is an innovation that I had urged on other snow removal services, who told me "it couldn't be done." Well, clearly, Monster Plowing Company is one company that can "get things done"!

I just renewed my contract with Mikhail from Monster Plow, this will the 3rd year that they plowed for me. I also subscribe to their extra salting service, my property is always really dangerous even if it snows a little bit. overall they do a good job with the salting and plowing. I asked them to change the way they plowed one part of the property, I got an email back confirming my request and it was done the way I wanted it moving forward. all in all I've never had any issues and they have proved reliable for me

When Mikhail from Monster requested that I write a review of his company, I eagerly agreed in order to spread the word about how great their service is. I have been a customer for 2 winters now and have been up to this point extremely satisfied with their work. I have already signed up for next season and will be a customer for life. They are not cheap, but if you want a reliable snow plow then these are the guys to call.

I hired monster plowing to take care of my parents house when it snows. My parents are quite old and are not able to shovel on their own, so I appreciate that monster plowing was so professional. They would come to shovel and salt even when there was only a little bit of snow, which seemed to go above and beyond their contract guarantee of 1 inch. My parents always came out to meet them (if they came during the day) and said that the crew (matt and chris) were very friendly. I love the constant communication that monster provides - they send an email update whenever there is a storm coming. They are also very easy to reach (unlike other services I've dealt with). Thank you Monster for making me and my parents feel so at ease when it snows!

We own several rental properties in toronto which need snow clearing during the winter. I found monster plowing online last year. After researching their company we signed up to have one of our homes serviced. We paid a flat rate for the season which included the driveway, parking lot and walkways. They cleared the snow automatically whenever it snowed. It was quite a heavy winter, yet their service remained consistent and quick throughout. We found Monster through a property manager to clear the snow at several of our apartment buildings. They do a good job, we have not received any complaints from our residents. The snow is always cleared promptly and they are very reasonably priced.
