Once again, Joe came to help. This time it was a wasp hive that was inside the external brick wall, on the side of the house. It was discovered by the roofers and one got bitten too. Joe came and spent quite a while doing what was needed. I thought he might have to wear protective gear. However, he said no need and obviously, knew what he was doing.

Joe came on short notice on a weekend to eliminate a difficult to reach wasp nest. Explained his plan, quoted me $200 up front, spent the whole morning clearing out a giant nest. Super professional, really nice guy, got the job done just like he said. I wish every business transaction was this much of a pleasure.

I recently found Snap Pest Control from the "The Best Pest Control in Mississauga" website. As per reviews, we hired Joe for carpenter ants pest control in the siding of the house and indoor as well. We were very happy with his service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, his service was reasonably priced and he did a very thorough job inside the house on all levels and outside where it was necessary. I will recommend Joe to all our friends when required.

There were a couple of squirrels living in my kitchen ceiling since late last fall. I wasn't even sure what it was with strange sounds from the ceiling on and off. During winter I noticed squirrel movement on my fence to a nearby tree and to my roof. I let them to live there through the cold winter since I felt bad to chase them off and hoped that they would go away in spring/summer. They refused to leave till now and I was quite concerned when I heard them biting onto wood in the ceiling several times. My friend recommended Joe who has done a very satisfactory job 2-3 years ago for him. Joe was very friendly when I called him. He didn't over promise and gave me an appointment a week from my 1st call and kept his word. He was to come at 2 PM on Saturday (a long weekend) and he was very professional to call me to say that he was running behind by an hour or so. That's a rare quality I appreciate in Joe since it's pretty tough to find guys who would show up on the day/time they promise. Joe did a fantastic job to cover all possible exterior entry points into the ceiling after ensuring no squirrels were in the ceiling. He worked in certain spots that cannot be reached or worked on easily and squirrel-proofed adjacent areas as well. He also provided me with some useful tips on pest control (free of charge) Finally, his charges were very reasonable and I will not be hesitant to recommend Joe and SNAP Pest Control as the best pest control specialist! Looking at Google Reviews, I called Joe over the larger companies to have a look at some wasps at our entrance. Joe came in on a Saturday morning and had a look, and told me not to bother as the wasp kind was one that does not build large nests and would go away in sometime. He was very knowledgeable on the kind of insect we were dealing with. They did indeed leave in a couple of days. Joe saved me a lot of money that larger companies would have taken. He is the best!

I came to know this company 2yrs. ago when we had a problem with racoons in the attic. After installing metal mesh & one way door to get rid of racoons in the attic, we thought problem was fixed. But I had to call Joe again and again, still he did not complain till we got the problem solved. +Thank You Joe!! He is a person that has qualities like honesty, reliability which are very hard to find these days. We needed his help again for squirrels in the roof recently. As usual he showed up & helped us. Very professional service. We would recommend this company to anybody without any hesitation.

We had concerns about a family of skunks who decided to make their new home under our deck. Called Joe who was working on a project in Burlington but despite the distance drove to our house in Toronto , set up the trap and called us regularly to monitor the situation . Fortunately the skunks decided to relocate by themselves so there was no need to remove them in the trap . Joe picked up the trap and there was no charge for the service despite the fact that he had to come from out of town on both occasions This is the second time I used him and would highly recommend him .

I recently called Joe after hearing squirrels scratching and running between the drywall of my living room ceiling. Joe came out a couple of days later and checked the exterior of my house as well as the entire roof to see of there were any openings where the squirrels were getting in. After spending a lot of time inspecting the roof, it was simply by chance that he saw the red squirrel running along my neighbour's roof and crawling into the roof vent. It turns out that the squirrels were entering my home from my neighbours roof, and since it’s a townhouse, it entered my side of the house via the adjoining kitchen and soffit. Joe placed wire mesh on my vents to squirrel proof my home. My neighbour was unwilling to take preventative steps at the same time, so Joe had to return a few weeks later after the neighbour finally called so that he could place the one way door and mesh guards on thier roof vents. I would definitely recommend this company for any pest issues you may have at your home. Joe even called a week after installing the wire mesh guards on my roof vents to find out if I still had the squirrel issues, and to find out if my neighbour had taken any preventative measures.

I have a rental building and use Snap Pest Control for my pest control and preventative maintenance. Joe is such a personable guy, that always looks after us. We've used him for squirrels under a balcony, rodents, spraying rooms between tenants, hornets nest, ants, and beetles. Customer service is top notch and reasonable prices too. I highly recommend this company for all your pest control needs.
